We were excited to get these 3 chairs in time for our beach vacation. The chairs are very comfortable and sharp looking. Unfortunately, one of the chairs bent too far back when we sat in it and could not use it anymore. I contacted the seller and they were very prompt in addressing the issue and rectified it by giving me a refund. The other 2 held up fine and the customer service was great after the sale. This is the reason for the 5 stars. Highly recommend this seller and product.

I love the tall backs to these chairs. They are extremely easy to click the poles into place and unclick to fold back up. The chairs are very comfortable and the pockets are very useful. They are light to carry and because they are shorter chairs they fit into the car without any problems. We wished we’d bought this style of chair years ago. Worth every £.

Update: heard back from vendor- was told I had to contact Amazon since it was fulfilled by them. Amazon is sending a replacement even though it’s months beyond the return window. We’ll see if these ones last- hoping just got a defective one. (Have used multiple times since and work great)
Loved these chairs, super relaxing on the beach, lightweight and portable. But literally only used them 3 times and this time we went to open them on Sanibel Island and the one chair was leaning way back, low to the ground compared to mine- and the leg just folded and bent like it was a piece of plastic junk or something. Left 2 emails to customer support and no response. Such a waste of a lot of money since it’s literally garbage and unusable.

This product claims to be rust proof, durable and guaranteed to last. I purchased the 2 pack and have used them frequently throughout the year as I live on the Gulf coast of South Florida and am at the beach often. The rods of the frame itself appear to be rust proof; however, the bolts holding the frame together are not! Today my chair broke: the side top bolt had completely rusted through the frame sending me to the ground. The material at the back of the chair had already rotted through even though these are kept inside my house, not stored outside. The shredding was cosmetic so I wasn’t super upset about it, but me crashing on my back is a different story. These chairs are not inexpensive, I would think that a guarantee of durability should be delivered upon. I wouldn’t buy these again and don’t recommend.

These are great chairs. I bought them for a concert and they were the perfect size and very comfortable. They are far superior to a regular small/light beach chair. Not difficult to get in and out of like most low chairs, for reference Im 5’9 and my husband is 6’1 and both of us enjoyed these chairs. The high back makes a world of difference. I wish I had bought them sooner. They are a little heavier than I thought they’d be but still easy to carry in the travel bag. A solid product that I think will last a long time. I definitely recommend them.

I purchased the two pack for my wife and (she didn’t need it, but wanted them to match! lol)
They fold up and pack neatly in the bag for easy storage on my boat.
I am 6’3″ 260#’s we used them three or four hours every day for ten days at the beach.
Wind, salt water and sand.
Absolutely no problems or issues with theses chairs.
I have read reviews of them ripping, I guess if you sit down like an elephant they will rip.
They are not made for that.
Rinsed them off each day after using them, no rust.
I will say it again, Great Very Comfortable Chairs!
If you are too large to sit low on the ground, don’t fool yourself and try to do it then blame the chair for breaking!

Overall this is a great chair. It is extremely packable. We could fit 4 of these in the car vs 1 regular beach chair. Comfortable to sit on at the beach. I am concerned about the longevity hence 4 stars. After 1 week of use the tall back connectors show wear and rust (see picture). The cup holder also fell off after 1 day of use.

Upsides: This chair is super light to carry (comes in a bag with a shoulder strap), very comfortable to sit in, and easy to unfold (although it’s a little tricky trying to figure out how to refold the headrest to fit back in the bag). By far the most comfortable beach chair I’ve sat in, since it’s kind of a recliner shape and low to the ground. Easy to take a nap in. There are also some thoughtful features such as padded arms, so that you can rest your arms without having to deal with hard metal.
Downsides: The cup holder is kind of vestigial and bottles tend to tip sideways. The hardest part is getting up again, since it’s very low to the ground. Maybe not so great for those of us who struggle to rise from the ground without assistance.
I can’t speak to long-term sturdiness, since it’s very lightweight nylon and might rip over time. But for a comfortable lightweight beach lounger it does the trick. It also color-coordinates nicely with the Shibumi, a feature very important to us North Carolinians 🙂
