Been shopping all over for a tower or tree for my 10lb cat. 90% of the trees are for kittens or small size cats. Was very frustrating. Finally found this one. I would like to thank one of the reviewer that mention their 10lb cat fit the cubes. That along with the good reviews made me give this a try and I am very thankful I did. Each box comes in 4 pieces ( the cube, inside mat, top cover, fleece cushion for the top cover) ever piece is well made. The cloth material covering the cube feels smooth and looks good. I bought 2 cubes and both came with no damage. It feels very sturdy. And the most important thing is that it is cat approved. My cat went in and didn’t come out for hours. 😀

As soon as we took this out of the packaging both our cats made a bee line for it! It’s a great size, really sturdy as we moved the box when our larger cat 14lbs refused to get out. Easy to put together so vacuuming it will be a snap. We’re happy, the cats are happy! We may order another one!

I ordered this for my sons room so that our XL 13 lb girl cat could keep him company in there. While we were opening it she was very curious what we were doing. It took about two minutes to assemble and she took to it immediately. Although she has not took to jumping onto the top of it, (she is 15 years old) we think it’s a success for her and us. We love her and want her comfortable. She was a rescue cat at 11 and is now 15.

We just got out first Kitty who is 6 weeks old and I wanted to get the best for him. This was very easy to assemble just like a collapsible drawer and surprisingly sturdy.
My 2 main concerns are this. The inside part to put on the floor has some sherpa on it but is so thin that it feels like the cat would be laying on a piece of board which essential that’s what it is and a hard one at that. I fixed the issue my putting a folded foam bathroom mat on top which fit perfectly and gave him a soft bottom to sleep on.
Another thing is the item is not for big cats. My kitten is only 2lbs and he takes up about 1/3 of the space inside so unless you have a kitten or a cat that likes really tight spaces this won’t work out

Have to make sure top/roof/lid is fully down on all sides, a little tight so can be unstable, if haven’t got it right.
Once cat got used to New Thing that wasn’t there before and now is, very happy with it.
My cat only likes beds lined with cardboard, but he loves sitting in it now, and looking at the birds.
No easy feat to find bed/den cat likes!

I bought this cat bed cube when my cats were kittens, thinking that they’d love playing and sleeping in it. Well it turns out only one of them really liked it. And she only likes the top of it. She’s almost a year old now and that’s still her chill spot. If my husband and I are watching a movie in the Livingroom late at night she’ll be curled up on top of the cube either watching us or sleeping. While my other 2 cats will be on the couch with us. None of them goes inside the cube ever. I’m not sure why. I even put a self-warming pet pad in the bottom to see if that might entice them but it didn’t. My tuxedo (the one who loves this bed cube) would drag it out of the bottom and bring it with her to the top bed so we ended up just leaving it on the top for her. 1 out of 3 isn’t bad I suppose. Plus it looks really nice so we’re happy with it.
Pros:
-Top bed is removable and washable. I’ve washed it twice so far and it’s held up great!
-One of my cats uses the corner of this cube to stretch and scratch on and despite that, the fabric has held up amazingly. You can’t even tell that one of the corners is picked/scratched up unless you’re right up close to it.
-Since none of my cats will go inside the actual cube part, we use it as their toy storage. So that works out great.
-The cat that loves it is BIG now. 11 pounds and very long. She still fits on top great and looks so darn comfortable all the time.
Cons:
-None so far.
I’ve had this for about 8 months now so I will update if anything changes.

Love the design of this “Kitty City.” My cat sleeps in the bottom and watches the birds out the window from the top. The padding is washable and very cozy for my girl. She has lots of places that she likes to sleep and to view outdoors, but this is one of her favorites.

When I first got it, kitty ignored it for a few weeks. I thought it was a bust, but it looked nice and it wasn’t in the way, so I left it where it was. So glad I did because one day he just crawled in and fell in love with it! Now it’s his favorite place to hang out.
I had the first one for 3 years but just bought another to encourage him to spend time in more rooms. It’s light, easy to set up and break down, while still being quite sturdy. It comes with a thin liner and a thicker cushion and you can interchange them depending on which one you want inside the cube vs on top. The cushion is washable and when it gets too beat up to wash you can buy a reasonably priced replacement cushion separately. (Kitty City Replacement Cushion in gray) Can’t ask for more convenience than that!
My cat is a medium/large guy, 12.5 lbs and has plenty of room. He loves to climb in and make biscuits and then he spends the day with his head poking out and one paw casually draped on the edge of the opening while he surveys his domain. Super adorable. One of the best purchases I’ve made for him and glad we persevered and didn’t toss it when he didn’t take to it right away.

I got two for my two cats. They can either go inside or lay on top. I like the pattern and the top part is nice and fluffy – not skimpy. And I really like that the padded parts can go in the wash – a bonus!

HabÃa leÃdo comentarios sobre la estructura, la cual llegaba con daños o no se mantenÃa en pie, pero resultaron falsos. Si bien no es una estructura sólida para sentarse en ella, soporta fácilmente a mi gato de 6 kg. El interior es grande, dos gatos pueden dormir en su interior sin problema. La cubierta parece frágil, pero una garita bebé muy juguetona le encanta morder, arañar y colgarse de la parte superior de la entrada y hasta el momento no presenta ningún hilo suelto.
Para el túnel, cuando lo vi me preocupé porque la única estructura son unos aros a lo largo del cuerpo del túnel, pero resulta ser que la tela igualmente es de excelente calidad, y mis gatos se la pasan arañando y colgando de ella sin problema. El tamaño interior del túnel le queda justo a mi gato de 6 Kg, pero para los demás gatos medianos les queda perfecto para entrar y correr.

My cat went straight inside as soon as I opened the package! The bed material is his favourite for making biscuits. The inside is very spacious, there’s plenty of room for my cat to move around and get comfortable. Unfortunately, the top fell through when my cat tried to sleep on it. He weighs around 12-13 lb (5-6kg) and while it held in place when he was just sitting on it, it came crashing down when he started moving/applying pressure. Not an issue for me, I just moved the cushion to the bottom and he loves it.
