I’ve got another brand I’ve been using; that one has one solid piece that’s just TOO tall for me, I feel like a little kid trying to use my father’s tools.
This one is JUST right. I’m 5’3″ and feel it’s not difficult to use or carry. The end is also smaller than the Fiskars week puller so it makes a smaller hole in the ground. This one is an A+ for me and my *nearly* weed free yard.

This stand-up weeder is a game-changer for anyone with knee issues. The long handle makes it easy to tackle weeds without bending over. The four-claw design gets most of the roots, but I’ve found it struggles with some stubborn ones so its good to do this after a rain if the soil is tough. Overall, it’s a great tool to have for a less painful weeding experience.

You press the tool into the ground with the little foot on the side, then lean the tool over against the foot, and it pulls the plant out by the root. It works very well. I would recommend this to anyone that need to do a little light pruning or weeding of their gardens on a daily basis.
If however, you are like me and leave the weeding until there are a lot of weeds, it’s tedious. If you don’t place the tool into the ground around your weed stem just right, you come up with nothing but dirt. And even though it works well, it works on only one weed at a time. If you are in the habit of getting a handful and pulling in an effort to be done as soon as possible, this isn’t the tool for you.
I do like it, and I think I might give it to my elderly neighbor, she spends a lot of time daily in her garden, and because of that I think this tool will be very helpful to her.

I have been wanting a weed puller like this for a while now so I jumped at getting this when I saw it. I put it together within minutes of it arriving. Installation was very quick and easy. Unfortunately it didn’t work as I had hoped. I’m not sure if my weed was too small or maybe just user error. I will continue to try and figure it out because I really want this to work like advertised.

It was easy to assemble with tools and instructions included. There were no instructions on use so I looked back on the website description and found them. I was a little worried as I had hoped I could weed over a fence in the garden but it required a foot push- but in fact I could. If the ground is soft the foot is not required. Just push the open claws in and leverage up to get the weed. No bending. The solidity of the steel claw makes it a bit heavy but it still beats kneeling or bending and pulling!

This weed puller is pretty nifty. It’s pretty easy to use but I do feel it will take longer to use rather than just pulling the weed yourself but I do like that you don’t have to bend down to use it.

This Klarg weed claw is okay but once it’s in the ground, there’s not much room to get my foot under the lever to get it to ‘grasp’ the weed. The foot lever needs to be higher for me so there’s more room to fit my foot under it once the claws are shoved into the ground. The lever almost sits flush against the ground. That doesn’t provide much room for a foot. If I don’t shove the claws all the way in though, it doesn’t get all of the weed roots.
This is nice for those of us who have back issues and can’t do a lot of bending over or kneeling, so I really like it for that aspect.
Yes, this basically pulls one weed at a time so I wouldn’t use this for a huge patch of weeds because it would probably get tedious, but it’s great for having to get those hard-to-reach weeds where I don’t want to use the weed whacker. For example, a weed that’s popped up right next to a flower, so I wouldn’t use a whacker there.
