We bought the knife set 6 months ago and just love it. The knives are attractive and sharp and stay sharp. The thing that impressed us the most, however, is the customer service. One of the knives developed a small crack in the handle. Really not a big deal, but we contacted the seller to see about getting the knife replaced. They responded immediately. After supplying them with a picture of the crack, they sent us a whole new set. No questions, no hassle, no fuss. Just sent us a whole new set. With their apologies for us being bothered. What a class act.

The pairing knife has a crack down the handle and I’ve only had these since November. I am a senior citizen with no family here using these knives but me I am very pleased with the hose set except for this one pairing knife. I’m wondering if there is anything that can be done to replace it. I hand wash all my dishes and silverware, so I know this is not anything due to being in a dishwasher or high heat exposure.
