I am so very disappointed in this product. I ordered it after Thanksgiving as a Christmas gift for my son. He opened it yesterday and was so excited! Unfortunately it did NOT come with a charger (USB cord) and though we tried several other USB cords that we had lying around the house, none of them worked. So my son can’t use the camera at all. I will be returning this and buying it elsewhere.

Don’t get me wrong the camera works. Does it produce a good quality image not exactly. It works better on further views than close.

I bought this as a gift for a holiday exchange and my mom ended up with it. I’m helping her play with it to figure it out and the image quality is so terrible. It feels more like a children’s play camera. If you’re looking to buy this as an adult, I’d say save your money and look elsewhere for something with better much quality.

First one, the case was poorly moulded. Second one the paper tray spring mechanism fell apart after a few days. Then I bought the printer instead and that just hung. Just rubbish from a manufacturer who should be ashamed to peddle such tat.

Well I would love to write a very information review about how well or not well this camera works but……. It did not come with a charging cable, so my daughter got a nice fancy paperweight until we can track down the appropriate cable. Really? not even in the list of items that go with the camera is it mentioned that, “hey you may need this”. Anyways it looks nice, Thanks! 🙁

So I only gave it 3 stars because although it was a part of xmas gift for my daughter before she left to travel and she loved it and it was simple enough for her to use, it DID NOT come with the case that it says it does. That was disappointing because I didn’t get the option to just get the case that was missing. Because she was traveling the next day I couldn’t return it, just to get another package with the case inside. I had to run to retail store and ended up spending more money on a separate handbag that was small enough for her to carry the camera in.

Product is terrible picture quality very poor and takes what feels like an age after pressing the capture button for the picture to be taken and printed out.

Order this camera package as a Christmas present for my daughter. Charging light only blinks red and green and has never worked. Sent emails and left voicemails asking for trouble shooting help since 12/25. Understanding it is the holidays, however, There has been no response at all. Left with no other options but to leave a 1 star rating.
If you have issues contacting the manufacturer does not seem to work at all
