I used this as a freezer for meat storage and it has worked great. Easy delivery and works as described.

After reading all the reviews I was very concern about ordering this product, but decided to go for it since I have been wanting a chest freezer for a few years. It arrived with only a minor dent by the control knob.
The interior is lined with thin aluminum sheets. So very easy to put dents on the inside. So don’t drop any food when putting them in.
Outside wall seem to also be easily dent. For the price I was expecting a bit more robustly constructed with material that is more resistant to dents and scratches.
However, functionally it seems to be a very efficient freezer. I have mine set to 3 and it keep the food frozen with the pump running infrequently.

Deep freezer appeared to be brand new with some minor damage to the KoolMore logo area. Plugged it in the same day that we received it. Left it on all day. Both green “Power” and red “Alarm” lights turned on; however, the blue “Run” light never turned on. It never worked and started to leak. Photos attached. Returned it immediately.

The chest is BIG and fits tons of product inside. I was able to store the whole carcas of a cow and then have more space left. It cools to the 0F in a few hrs and keeps the t. Two lids on top helps to access the inside in a quick and efficient manner.

I need a chest freezer because I live in the boonies and snatched at a great price. As others said, some minor cosmetic dents but nothing noticeable and definitely nothing that affects performance. Very sizable, runs quietly, keeps my surplus frozen.

This freezer works great! Keeps items very cold (I store Ice Cream for my business). 2 things wrong: (1) It came dented in the front but doesn’t seem to effect the way it works. (2) the width listed at 40.6″ is actually 44 inches wide so I couldn’t fit it into the actual space in my ice cream truck. I had to buy another freezer.
