My 92 year old Grandpa couldn’t use his computer because he couldn’t see the letters on the keyboard due to the contrast and size. This keyboard was perfect for him!! He is able to see the letters and the light is bright enough for him as well! Great product to help those with poor vision!

The media could not be loaded.

I’ve had this keyboard for only a day and it is just what I needed. I made a short video covering all the colors. To change the brightness of the keyboard, hold down the FN key and then hit PU for brighter, PD for less bright. You can even turn the backlight off. I like the quiet keys and the large print on the keys. Using the FN key, you can also control video and volume. This is a great buy.

I have found this keyboard to be one of the best I have used since 1995. The backlit option is great with oversized keys that are easy to see and quiet as well.

Purple back light color on the large print keyboard I like very much as it is a warm safe color for when I start work so early in the morning. I like the large print purple lit keys so I can see what I am typing when I am working. I appreciate this product is efficient for my working needs.

The keyboard is quiet, the lighting is excellent. The surface of each key is slightly rough which seems to improve my accuracy. I have used several other large type and backlit keyboards like this and found that the finish wears off the keys that are most used in a bit over a year. I am not a touch typist and have visual impairment, so that is an important issue for me.
I like the color choices. There are no instructions with the keyboard that would tell you that you can modify the brightness as needed by using FN + PU or PD.

KOPJIPPOM Large Print Keyboard – 7 Interchangeable Backlight Colors, Light Up USB Wired Computer Keyboards, USB Plug-and-Play, Foldable Stands, Corded Full Size Keyboard for Windows, PC, Laptop

The keyboard and mouse set comes attractively packaged in a retail mark box with a photo of the product on the front. The back of the product has the manufacturer’s info as well as website and contact information. (Thanks to the company for providing that, because it’s too often difficult to find contact info when needed.) The manufacturer has a little bit of tongue-in-cheek regarding this set, on the bottom of the box it says ‘open other side’, and the top of the box says ‘take out the product from here.’
Inside the box, the keyboard and mouse are both packed with a minimum of shipping materials. The mouse is surrounded by cardboard and has a thin foam envelope around it, and the keyboard has a simple foam envelope around it, keeping it clean during shipping. In addition to the keyboard and mouse, there is a small foldout instruction booklet.
Looking at the instruction booklet, the text is printed fairly small, so if you have any sight problems as I do, you may want to get a magnifying glass. Reading through the information, I don’t see anything that’s too surprising. They do have a few keyboard combos to turn the backlight on and off and toggling between several variations of color. You can have the backlight on all the time or lit only while you’re typing. You can change the brightness of the light, set it between solid colors. Or “breathing mode”, which takes you through a successive parade of colors. You can even adjust the speed of the breathing mode which is kind of nice, when you think about it. It also has information on the shortcuts for the media keys which is echoed by the printing on the function keys, as is the norm. They do note that the media keys are designed for Windows 8 and above, and other operating systems may have little or no function for those keys.
Looking at the back of the keyboard, they have a QR code to register the warranty and they note that they have a 90-day free replacement and 360-day warranty for the product. The bottom of the keyboard does not have the little pop out riser feet that some keyboards have, but it does have solid rubber pads and the back of the keyboard is higher than the front of the keyboard to give you a bit of tilt without the riser legs.
Typing on the keyboard felt a bit different than what I am accustomed to having. The keys are a membrane type, so they are virtually silent. The keys have a fairly long throw to them, so if you’re more used to an older style keyboard or a typewriter, you’ll be right at home on this unit. Each stroke has a sure solid feeling to it, you know you’re typing. The keystrokes have a little resistance to it, almost a friction that is even through the stroke This is not one of those keyboards that has almost no movement to them and you can’t tell if you’re typing at all, there is a solid feel to it. Even without the back lighting turned on, the larger white letters against the black background. Make the keys a lot easier to read. The native setting on the back lights is the pulsating color change that they call” breathing mode “. Personally, I am a bit distracted by the moving colors, but via the shortcuts on the instruction booklet it is easy to change it back. Back. I recommend taping this instruction booklet to the underside of your keyboard, because you’ll probably want to refer to it in the future.
It would be nice if the manufacturer had a sticker on the bottom of the keyboard printed with all of the lighting shortcuts, but they did not. (Note to the manufacturer, a missed opportunity here for that extra bit of quality service)
The bottom line on this keyboard? Easy to read large letters, a sure solid feel to the typing action, and the backlighting just makes for extra visibility.

while I prefer a mechanical keyboard for most uses, this works well for me for occasional use in a darker office. its very easy to see the keys, especially useful for the non-standard keys outside the range usually used for touch typing (ins/del, page up/down, printscreen, etc)
I do wish the ‘nubs’ on the F and J keys were slightly larger or higher to allow for easier finding of the home row when touch typing.
