Es muy exacto y muy fácil de leer en total oscuridad inclusive en bajos de 6 cuerdas

I’ve tried many clip-on guitar tuners over the years and, so far, this is my favorite. I can’t believe the great performance of the Korg Sledgehammer Pro. Not only does it have a cool look, but the accuracy and ease of use is fantastic. The display is clear and stable. There’s no guessing when you’re locked into the pitch. The green in-tune line is crystal clear. It responds quickly to the string attack and accurately reflects the slightest adjustment in string tension. It securely clips onto the headstock and the protective padding is solid. The display can be maneuvered, so you can easily see what you’re doing. An added benefit is ear training. If you pay attention, you can hear when the tone rings clearly and the display confirms your ear’s accuracy. It’s a little pricier than some of the other popular tuners, but, for me, it’s well worth it. This one’s a winner!

Works just as I need. Perfectly accurate, easy to read. Favorite tuner yet

You’ll read complaints about the left dial…some people said it has broken. I can see how that might happen. It’s fussy and I’ve had to tap it a few times because I see it’s loose. Minus one star…keep an eye on that and it’ll be ok.
Other than the fussy left dial, this is a FANTASTIC tuner. Modes 2 and 3 are a great team…get it 90 percent there in mode 2 and final fine tuning in mode 3.
Very fast and responsive. Faster than my Snark or Planet Waves. Display is super easy to read, way easier than the Peterson. The arm and ball may look like Snark but it is made better.
Accuracy is same as Peterson clip on but easier to read. If you don’t need the sweetened tunings, etc on the Peterson, don’t waste your money…this is half the price.
In two weeks it has become my favorite tuner even with the fussy dial. Accuracy and readability are exceptional.

Rien à voir avec son frère le SH-CS100, décevant, construction légère, en panne au bout de quelques jours, lamolette de gauche ne fonctionnant plus. Cas non isolé, j’en ai essayé 5…

Easy to use. Easy to see the display.
And very accurate.
The only tuner to buy!

Actually, I had not used electronic tuners in many years, until recently. A good old tuning fork has always been my go-to, but I’ve recently been using the tuner built into my Line6 amp. I much prefer using the Sledgehammer Pro to changing the amp to tuning mode.
I love how it has chromatic, strobe, and half-strobe (combo) modes, allowing a choice of speed vs. precision. It powers on & is ready to use almost immediately and the display is extremely easy to read. It clamps firmly and is articulate enough to position to a comfortable viewing angle. It also folds up nicely for easy packing.
Not only is this a great functioning tuner, it is aesthetically pleasing as well.
Bad Wolf –
Nice headstock tuner. Easy to see, 3 modes of display, kind of big, but folds back on itself when not in use. Its biggest advantage is that it saves me having to have my old chromatic tuner in my pedal chain taking up room on a relatively small pedal board I use. I’ve been using it with my new ES-335 & once the new strings (Ball Cobalt 8-42) played in, I put the chromatic tuner in the chain & compared the two. This was right on.

As a mandolin and banjo player especially, not to mention guitar, i need a tuner that is sensitive and fast and that can read relatively fast note decay.
I have been immensely happy with my tc polytune for its accuracy, even when i cant hear to tune, on stage or at a jam. I also have version 2 of the peterson strobe clip.
This tuner is as good functionally. And as accurate.
On off twist and and battery slot access have not been an issue. This tuner offers greater view angles, but, imho, the twist off on is not as easy as a simple button. Easy to read in bright sun. Cool different blue and green read out.
A bit of a less than elegant design compared to the TC polytune, and the now flat Peterson, as it simply cannot lie as flatly. But, i still love it, especially at less than half the price. I can have several, and, should i lose one or damage it, its less of a loss.
I have ordered 2 more, i like it that much.

Like every other Korg tuner I’ve bought, this thing is great. Tunes quickly and accurately, with an easy to read display, during low and moderate brightness. Hard to read in a very bright environment. Also seems to have some trouble if there is a lot of loud background noise. This tuner definitely has a place though, if you know its limitations.
Edit 12/25/2019. I am going to drop this down to a 3, because it isn’t nearly as useful in a more loud environment. For home use, I’d give it five stars. It seems hard to get a good read in a bar, or other environment where they may be a lot of noise when you are trying to tune. This would be a limitation of ANY tuner of this type, though, due to the vibrations, and no inherent to this particular model.

I’ve recently upgraded to Martin and, as you possibly already know, Martin don’t like to built-in tuners. After many years of tuning using such tuners….so convenient for gigging….it felt retrograde to be obliged to use this external, clip-on device. I need not have worried! It is unobtrusive, intuitive to switch on and off, straightforward to read and very sensitive to pitch. It’s too soon to comment on battery life apart from saying that, after a month of daily use, it’s still running on the original battery. Tony H
After one and a half years of more or less daily use, I can confirm that this an excellent clip-on tuner…and I’m still on the first battery! Tony H 4/9/22

Dear Korg,
Please fix this tuner!
Extreme rattle and buzzing due to poor product design and/or assembly flaws makes this tuner totally unusable for any acoustic instrument. The “thread wrapping fix” found online does NOT eliminate all buzzing- especially on well made instruments that conduct significant vibrations, which is ironic since it’s called the “pro” model. Moreover, even if it worked (which it really doesn’t, just lessens) it’s absurd that anyone should have to “fix” a new device.
Without a doubt, this product is a serious scar on Korg’s reputation.
Please Korg, fix and re-release this product. The tuner technology and visuals are GREAT… the build is just terrible though.
Since I have more than one of them, I await the time that I’ll be able to return these as defective and get new ones that are actually usable.
