i really like the tone and playability of this guitar. Be careful though because she seems a mite delicate.

I took a chance and did the unthinkable – I ordered a guitar on-line from Amazon 3 days ago (with free shipping). I’ve been a musician for many years, and even have a music degree around here somewhere. I tried this guitar in a local guitar center, but their model had a slight defect in the finish. I offered to buy the guitar, defect and all, if they would take $100 off the price, but they wouldn’t. I was still in love, but decided to just court the idea of buying one. I’ve looked around but kept on thinking of this Rondo TL model. The day arrived when I was ready to buy one and I couldn’t find any in any store around. The stores didn’t seem to be in any hurry to accommodate me either. (You’d thin in a slow economy this would be different… ah well) Being a bit impatient I ordered from Amazon, knowing that with their return policy I could easily return it if it wasn’t perfect. Well…this one’s a keeper! The finish and colors of the woods are stunning, and the tone is just what I had expected. I love the tenor sound which doesn’t get overwhelmed by the bass as I’ve notice with a lot of classical guitars. The thinner neck almost feels like I’m cheating because the playing feels so much easier. This hand-crafted guitar is an excellent deal for the money. I am looking forward to playing this with my amp for future gigs. Thank you Amazon! As always, you are amazing!

This is a really interesting guitar. It feels alive when it is in your hands. For such a thin body, it really boots some volume. The sound has a punchy immediate attack that sounded unique to me.

Went into the local guitar shoppe to purchase the Yamaha Ncx900r which was the best that i tried in this category and price rage $500-$800 until i seen this hidden jewel in the corner which the salesmans said just arrive,From first note this was a keeper i played and played and played till i wanted to recite old classical pieces to resonate the ideas in my repertoire. This is my go to guitar and will continue to get many wonderful sounds out of it, i just hope it has lasting quality.

The Guitar looks great and sounds okay but the sound pick up wire came loose and fell off from inside of the guitar. Also, no guitar bag sent with guitar. According to the product description, it should came with guitar bag. Very disappointed. Will return guitar!

To be honest I debated whether I should keep this guitar or send it back. I decided to keep it, mainly because it sounds really good. The problem I have with it is this: The fretboard action is not that good. I almost immediately sent it back on first play. Why? Because it was hard to play. I quickly realized that it came with high tension strings. I had a new set of Savarez low tension strings available so I restrung it with those. This made enough difference for me to keep it. Still I am not thrilled with the playability. The pro’s out weigh the con’s though. Yes, I should have played it before I bought it. ( dumb me ).
