I was impressed by the quality of the materials, especially at this price point. Product was packaged well (all pieces nested within one another). Assembly was quick and straightforward. Looks great on my deck, and I especially like how the cushions can be stored within the corner and coffee table.

I had been looking for a sectional type patio set to replace my small 4 person seating set, but they were just way out of my budget. This set was exactly what I was looking for and very reasonably priced. I would have liked a different color but grey was all that was available when I ordered, but it is a nice neutral color. It was fairly easy to put together, instructions were good, but it does take a few hours for one person. The cushions are not too comfortable, and the back cushions don’t stay up, but I’ll put some velcro on them sooner or later. Now that I have something my husband can lounge on, he actually enjoys spending time on the patio!

The quality was just what I expected. This was not some Jenkee piece of crap made in China. Each chair is solid and the cushions are thick enough to be very comfortable. At the price we paid I don’t believe there’s a better selection.

This provide is cheaply made. The durability is only able to hold 265 pounds according to the instructions, and 275 according to the seller. It shipped with a tear in the wicker(or should I say plastic type material) if you have a gathering please check weight of person sitting before you buy. The screws to put it together are sharp and caused my son’s fingers to bleed. There was now packing styrofoam or material to protect the furniture from shipping. The boxes came in town and damaged. Seller is not understanding and only wants to offer $50 discount for a damaged item. This is unacceptable for the condition. I am also worried of how this product will hold up with heat and cold as it don’t seem very durable. It did take a long time to put together, and the cushions will need before to hold them in place. However this item I purchased will most likely be firepit material because it’s not very durable and will break the first time one of my bigger male friends sit on it.

I have the 7 piece and it took me about 5 hrs to completely assemble (it took a little longer because I did some of it at night with insufficient lighting). The overall quality and appearance is great. My biggest complaint is that the cushions are supposed to be water resistance but they’re more like water absorbent. If they get rained on, it takes days for them to completely dry (some took 5 to 6 days). The covers and storage are not completely waterproof either because I have found some cushions wet after pulling them back out.

Arrived as stated in 3 boxes, each box has a label with product number ending in A, B, C. It’s possible all boxes arrive over a couple of days and not at the same time, despite only a single tracking. The items were well packed, organized and in perfect shape. All the items were labeled with small stickers and the assembling, while time consuming due to all the parts was a total breeze. The ratchet allen wrench was a great inclusion and time saver. The product is sturdy and well constructed, looks great in the yard. The only thing to note was the gray was cooler in tone than expected, the photos are actually accurate, I did expect a warmer gray. The customer service for the shipping info and support was awesome, responsive and friendly. Five stars!

Easy to put together if you just separate everything into similar piles before starting. Took my husband and I maybe an hour and a half to assemble everything with an electric attachment. Everything looks really high quality and is pretty darn comfy. Plenty of padding in the cushions, plus we love the extra storage compartment and the storage under the coffee table. Would definitely recommend!

Easy to put together, everything was in great shape. We love that we could customize it to fit our back porch perfectly! The cushions are comfortable but will probably add strips to the back because they easily fall down and I don’t want the wind to blow them around. All together it was a great purchase especially for the price. I wish there was an option to add additional armless chairs in the future to keep adding on as time goes.
