L3 Level 3 Styling Powder

I bought this powder on a whim. I was sick and tired of paying HUGE money for styling products. This powder is much cheaper than what I buy in the salon and works! It has a nice pleasant (although manly) smell. It provides texture to hair without weighing it down. I will purchase it again.

Wooweee this stuff actually works! My son wanted it as I had no clue what it was. Apparently it went viral or something. My son’s hair is straight with little volume. You sprinkle a little bit of this and it works magic! Makes your hair feel thicker. Gives it a messy look. He loves it! Definitely does what’s intended. Easy to wash out. Does give the hair a little bit of stickiness to be messy but it’s not anything bad or gross or too much. Would order again! Seems to last a long time too since a little goes a long way. Thank you!

También creo que es importante saber usar polvos de cabello; cómo no usar un peine una vez aplicados porque si tiene un buen nivel de fijación, usarlos con el cabello casi seco pero no tan seco, así como usar lo necesario y distribuirlo para que no se maltrate el cabello. Así como usar una mascarilla de cabello o acondicionador que hidrate regularmente.

I had high hopes for this. I have been using a WM generic version of American Crew hair fiber for several years and was very happy. When I went to purchase it recently it was not available. Since I didn’t want to pay what I think is over priced for the real stuff I started to look for an alternative.

What I wanted is something that gives me a dry look with good hold. I have fairly thick hair and have it short, about an inch to a inch and a half when freshly cut. I part it to the side and spike up the front. When I saw the revies for this I thought I had exactly what I was looking for. It arrived quickly, but the seal was broken and the powder had spilled out allover the inside of the packaging.

When I went to use it the powder was surprising fine and light. I first tried to put it in my hand and apply it through my hair and tried to sculpt it, nut it wouldn’t hold the shape. I then tried sprinkling it over the top of my head, it was hard to control where the powder went, tried sculpting again, same results. I tried again with putting it my palm and used way more that I felt like I should need and no matter what it just didn’t hold my shape.

I gave it 3 stars because I do think it would work with finer longer hair, just not mine.

 I have really straight hair that is difficult to style. I have been using pomades and clay that does the job but either makes my hair look crunchy or looses its hold halfway through the day. But hair powder how now entered the chat! Super easy to apply to wet or dry hair in the morning and takes no effort to style my unforgiving hair into the look I am wanting–styled back like a pompadour, or disheveled for that just out of bed look.

Powder is very fine so dont waste it. I like to do a few shakes into my hand so I can control how much I am using, instead of shaking directly into my scalp. I massage it into my hair and it literally takes seconds to achieve the style that would normally take hair product, a blow dryer, and some hairspray. Style holds all day and volume stays full. Hair texture with the powder in sort of has a similar feel to what your hair feels like after swimming in the ocean, almost gritty like but very malleable.

Amazing value product for the cost, highly recommend!
