I advise you to avoid buying this product. I purchased it last two weeks and the FedEx tracking information showed that it was delivered and signed for. However, it turned out that no FedEx truck arrived that day, and we never received the product. We have requested a refund and for a new unit to be issued, but the issue has not been resolved yet. They do not take responsibility for lost items, so I suggest you avoid buying it.

I saw multiple reviews saying the seller was being shady about their products. After reading all the information provided, I decided to purchase a desktop from them. It was clear to me that the computer wasn’t the newest model, but brand new, and had been Greatly updated by them. The speed and memory far surpass the price point. Packaging was factory, and the plastic bag inside was neatly opened. upgrades were made and the computer was put back in the bag neatly. The computer works great, fast, quiet, no problems. It gets used for work 10 hours a day, I feel like I got a bargain!

I ordered this desktop thinking it was a new computer. When I tried to register it with Lenovo, it said the warranty had expired in 2022. This is obviously a refurbished computer. It seems to work fine, but consumers should be made aware that this is not a new product, and there is no warranty.
Since my initial review, I contacted the seller, and was informed that they do provide a 1 year warranty. Very satisfied with the performance of this product.
Disappointed –
Paid to get it installed however keyboard keys are not right I had to purchase a new keyboard

It has a one year warranty from PC Online. . The keyboard is wrong. Shift number 2 key, it enters @, but ” is on key-top. Shift number 3 key, it enters a #, but a English pound sign is on key-top. It works good.
PC Online promptly corrected the keyboard problem. It is much faster than my old computer.

Overall, I am happy with the PC. Fast and dependable so far. The only thing I would change is the keyboard, it was not U.S. standard.

This has been an adventure. PC came but keyboard and mouse were wired. Not only that, it was a UK keyboard and some of their symbols are different than in the US. Lenovo gave me a refund on the keyboard. My old Logitech keyboard & mouse would not sync with the Lenovo, nor would 3other older “mice” (with USB) Bought the Logitech K270 keyboard with its USB, but my “mice” still wouldn’t sync. I ended up buying a Logitech MK235 “package” keyboard, companion mouse & usb. Finally, it all synked. I was thinking that Lenovo had pulled a fast one, and created a product that would only be compatible with other Lenovo products. I was ready to purchase the Lenovo keyboard/mouse (more expensive) if the MK235 didn’t work. Not totally thrilled with the MK235, but I am exhausted by all the back & forth.
With that said, the reason why I went with the Lenovo is that it is the only reasonably priced PC that has an integrated SD card reader and a DVD player. Anything less was a deal breaker for me. I am “old school” and I use the SD card with a camera, and I (wait for it)…………… still play my old music CD’s and watch DVD movies. The PC runs quietly, has enough ports for my use, is small enough to fit in my computer cabinet. The price for me (as a senior) and for my needs, was perfect.
