I’ve been using Lexar cards for several years now, and they have been largely flawless. I had one card start indicating a write error in the camera, but that card had been roughly handled while not in the camera. I use an OM1 camera and regularly shoot bursts at up to 25 FPS, although generally not more than a whole second’s worth, and the Lexar 1800 performance has seldom been a bottleneck.

When I bought my camera (Canon EOS 90D) I simply bought a good brand memory card and didn’t pay a lot of attention to its speed. It was a UHS-I card. The camera is capable of using UHS-II cards and I didn’t realize how much I was limiting my ability to take multiple exposures. Since utilizing these cards it’s like it sprang to life! These are very reasonably priced, good capacity, and the gold series is very reliable. I should have done this sooner.

As a professional photographer it is important to have high quality SD cards. These Lexar cards fit the bill in my busy career. I have so many of these cards on hand I lost count. I use these in most of my cameras and have had good luck so far. I use these in my Sony A74, A7R4 and Sony FX 30.
