For a mini set, the sound is decent. However, I thought it wasnt a very “full” sound so I hooked up the better speakers from my previous set (only the cd player was broken on the old one) and love the sound now.

If you want to stereo that includes a radio this is not the stereo to get I wanted one with the radio and when it came it had no radio

For about $130 you get a nice system with two pretty good sounding bookshelf speakers and a head unit with quite a few features. Bluetooth, rca aux, a cd player, and usb inputs. It comes with a remote that has all the features of the head unit, but seeing what eq you’re on can be a bit difficult if you need to use the remote. The bass boost does make electronic music sound better, but not much else. If bass is really important to you id just get a unit that can be hooked up to a dedicated subwoofer. I cant comment on the auto dj. Overall, if you’re looking for a simple, easy to set up audio system that sounds pretty good and doesn’t hurt your wallet, id get this one.

I plugged it in and threw a CD in but it had the volume already set at max and it almost blew my eardrums! It seriously does get really loud. I loved this stereo and I also hooked up the system with better quality JVC speakers. My only disappointment was that I could not play my old iPod through the USB ports since there is no docking station. Solution is to get a Y-cable RCA/auxillary cable which should help.
