The first one I got the screen cracked the second one they came in, was very slow to respond to any commands and Wi-Fi was very slow even though I have a very high connection. It went back for good this time.

The media could not be loaded.
We bought and delivery was ok. We set up picture was awful so called to return we had to pay return and get pickup scheduled. $350.00 TO RETURN WE HAD TO PAY !!!!! Do not buy off amazon go to stores
Tv was $996 so only got $646 returned to us what a racket!!!

Horrible service. I was not given the option for a replacement TV.. and I only had 14 hours on the usage time. I inquired about a replacement within 30 days of receiving the TV and the only option I was presented with was a refund. I have to suffer for purchasing a faulty TV. Makes zero sense.

The QNED is the best choice if you are looking for a TV to watch movies. For gaming maybe Amoled would be better. But this TV is exactly over what I was looking for. Although it is a bit slow but it’s fine. The magic remote! It is the best thing that LG can offer.

The LG 75″ TV QNED80T is simply the best. Very easy to use TV, with very good software, web-0S.
The on screen set up is fairly quick, it took me around 30 minutes to get the settings were I like them.
The picture quality and sound is very good. This is my 2nd. LG TV – the previous one lasted 6 1/2 years, with no issues of any kind, pretty good since the TV is on 15 hours a day. Amazon delivery was very quick, the t.v. was packed very nicely.

The shipping company Amazon used did a poor job of keeping me informed. The TV was almost 2 weeks late from their estimated delivery date. When I tracked the item with the tracking number it only stated it was in route, not where. Then it was listed at the last mile location for another week but I did not know if it really was there. After a couple of chats with the shipping company they finally must have called someone to get it on a truck to me. Everything else was okay after that. This entire process had me concerned, this is an expensive TV.
The TV was easy to install and the direction for setting it up were easy. Great picture

QNED80 55″ not competitively priced. Better pricing elsewhere.
