I was given a free sample and was pleased so I bought some!! I have used the adult Pedialyte packets in the past and you had to choke those down, but these have such a better flavoring. Full disclosure-they are pretty salty tasting but if you use enough water, it’s not that bad. It was shocking at first though, not expecting it. We have used the watermelon and fruit punch flavors and they are good! I have used them after doing yard work, while traveling, and after a long evening of adult beverages and was not disappointed!!! Scientifically I’m not sure if I’m actually more hydrated after drinking it, but I feel good and it seems to work!

I swear by Liquid IV. I had been buying the tropical punch because I’m kind of picky about flavor and it was okay but I decided to try the Strawberry. It’s AWESOME! By far the best tasting yet. Will def be buying this regularly. Can’t wait to try the cotton candy they are sending me now.
