Great product, my parakeet loved it. However this stained her head with an orange tint. Might stay like this for a week or two but she doesn’t mind.

Give the birds a chance. I had cuttlefish bones in the cage for a long time, so they ignored the block, but eventually they got into the block and used it up fast. The like to get obsessed about things. Leave it in the background, sooner or later they will get around to that too! Happy budgies like to “chew”, and eventually you’ll look at them and see this funny little powder at the bottom of the cage and wonder what it is. It will be all that is left of the block! It took a long time in my case (over a year that they only occasionally took a swipe at it !) and then gone in a few weeks. They had no ill-effects of doing it damage that fast. Afterwards they went back to taking the bark off of the fresh tree branches I had given them.

My parakeet absolutely loves these. Usually she takes a few weeks to mess with anything new in her cage. But with this, she was chewing within the hour.

I’ve had it in my cage and after a few weeks, they haven’t touched it. It takes them awhile to get used to something new, so we’ll see. I have 4 parakeets.

My birds like it but it does leave an orange mess on anything near it. It turns their water orange too.

Prodotto arrivato nei tempi previsti. Molto gradito da entrambi i parrocchetti ondulati. In foto il blocchetto si vede sfocato, perché in secondo piano, ma sono evidenti le scaffalature fatte dai miei piccoli amici. Lo consiglio vivamente.

This is cute being shaped to look like a real orange. My feathered babies love it, they were all over it as soon as I put it into their cage so being good for the minerals they require it’s also a little treat for them being orange flavored. This does cause a bit of extra dust as the bird enjoys it but worth the little clean up knowing they’re enjoying it, it also helps keep their beaks shaped right avoiding serious health risk problems. The pricing is very good for it as well, the size is perfect and lasts for a long time. Would highly recommend to any bird owner to get, it also comes in other shape/ flavors I also bought the apple with the same response from my babies.
