Size fit perfectly

I have this jacket in multiple colors, and they are comfortable, fit great, made well and are a good value.

Bought this size medium for my husband and am very pleased with the quality. It has a slightly brushed texture and the color is more of a dusty dark slate blue than true navy. As other buyers mentioned it is very generously made. He usually wears a large but the medium fits him very comfortably and has plenty of room for a sweater underneath without binding. The panel in the back makes the jacket move with him. London Fog has always been a quality company, it’s so nice to see that hasn’t changed. This was a very good purchase.

I found a great price here on a khaki colored London fog auburn golf jacket. I had ordered a navy one last yr but had to return it because of a poorly sewn sleeve. I held off hoping for a better deal and found it.
The jacket is very lightweight which is what I wanted. I have a weatherproof golf jacket which I also like but is somewhat heavier. I like the more open sleeve and waist of the London fog better than the banded sleeves and waist of the weatherproof. I also like the mesh lining which allows the garment to breathe.
It is a classic style. It has a lay flat fairly WIDE collar which I prefer over the standup collars you now see all around. Zip pockets and also comes in tall sizes which works well for me. I am 6’0” 230lbs and the XLT fits great.
If you grew up in the 50’s and 60’s this jacket is a no brainer.
PS: yes, it is packaged in a small bag and being made of synthetic fibers, it will be wrinkled. If you order clothes online, you should be used to it. Order a small portable steamer, there are several choices on Amazon. It will easily relax the wrinkles. One of best purchases I’ve made!

Got this jacket to wear on cool days when I want something nicer than a hoodie or the standard windbreaker. Got the tall size as I’m 6’3” and it fits my longer arms & torso perfectly. It comes down to my waistband which is exactly what I wanted.
It has 3 extra pockets in the liner as well as a somewhat hidden zippered pocket inside the left front pocket. I mention this because I only found it when I felt something that appeared to be inside the liner. It is so well hidden I almost used a seam ripper to open up the pocket. Fortunately I found the hidden pocket and discovered a small ziplock baggie with a London Fog stamped button inside. It appears you can attach it like a grommet but there are no instructions and the jacket doesn’t already have one so it’s not a replacement piece.
At least a couple of other posts, one copied below, have mentioned feeling something in the liner so I thought I’d offer up this info in case anyone else doesn’t find that hidden pocket.
From another reviewer: Fairly happy with the color and the fit of the jacket, but when putting my hands in my pockets I noticed a foreign object in the lining. It feels like maybe a snap or one half of one and there is also what fee and sounds like a 1 inch piece of plastic in the lining also. I have found no way to remove it and fear I am going to have to have the material cut.

Living in Southern California I don’t really need a jacket like this other than when traveling, so I tried to find something that was decent quality without spending too much. For around $50 this seemed to fit the bill, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The jacket is nice and soft to the touch, blocks the wind and super comfortable. There are zipper pockets and velcro pockets and everything is excellent quality. This would have been a good deal at twice the price!
I am 5’11”, 160 pounds and got a size medium

I got this jacket for myself (I’m female, 5’2 and 160lbs), and it fits great! I look compressed because of my height and weight, and I was very nervous about the fit of this jacket. Usually I’m a medium-large in men’s, but I figured I’d try a small this time since some of the reviews said that the jacket runs big. The jacket DOES run the teensiest bit big, but it was mainly at the chest and waist for me (may be because of the difference between male and female body types). The size small will run short from shoulder to bottom if you’re taller than ~5’4. The bottom of the jacket has this elastic band that runs at the hem of the jacket, so it’ll squeeze your butt a little if you zip up the jacket.
The quality itself is good! It’s fairly lightweight, and I don’t mind wearing it in the Arizona heat. The mesh lining on the inside is super soft. The pockets are awesome, too! They have zipper pockets on the outside and inner pockets with a velcro strip to keep the inner pockets closed. The cuffs at the end of the sleeve have two buttons, so it’s easy to change the cuff size depending on the size of your hands. The collar was great, and I don’t have complaints about the quality of the material.
Overall, this jacket is better than I thought it would be! I’d recommend buying it if you’re looking for a more lightweight jacket.

It appears to be a staple garment bought by many – and the jacket looks nice, is a bit on the larger size (which is great if you layer). Pockets outside and inside are spacious, the zipper works well. What’s not so great are the color variations and shades across the garments. Unfortunately, didn’t realize until after cold washing it. Also, the wrinkles in this thing are hard to get out of. Whoc wants to constantly iron a jacket? So, after my next trip, it’ll likely be a throw away.

jacket fit with well. Very light weight, comfortable. Lots of pockets. Keep me dry in a light rain, and fairly warm on some cool nights. Great jacket for the price point
M.Craig –
XXL fits great, the fabric is nice and light for summer.
Don Erskine –
Hard to find an “old time” windbreaker but this is it

I have an older London Fog jacket and the zipper is higher quality on that one.
