Lorex 2K Wi-Fi Floodlight Camera With LEDs

i have been having to reboot the camera, daily,, it records but the live part freezes … and when i check recordings,, its recording but the real time video is frozen..

After ten months the unit doesn’t work due to moisture inside the camera lens. I put my order number and email as instructed but says order not found so I can’t return. So much for the one year warranty

The flood light works but it’s nearly impossible to get it connected to the internet which means you arent able to use the camera component. I spent a few hours on the phone with a rep and he was not able to solve my issue. In order to solve it I would need to get on a very high ladder and hit the reset button which I did several times when my electrician was here. But even he wasn’t able to help me connect this thing to the internet. So all in all I have a flood light that works but no camera.

I liked the features of the Lorex 2K WiFi Floodlight Camera and had a straightforward question about integration with the Google Home App. I emailed Lorex support. 24 hours later I received a reply that I emailed the wrong support department (post sale vs. pre sale) and I was told to email the other support department. No effort was made to answer my question or forward my inquiry to the right department – they just put it back on the customer to send it again. I emalied the correct support department and 24 hours later recevied a reply with a link to the Lorex website that did not answer my question and no other information. Before I could reply I received emails indicating that both of my support tickets were resolved and were now closed. I never got the answer I was seeking and will not be buying any Lorex products given their poor customer support.
