Nice sturdy covers front & back, monthly tabs, nice sized boxes for each day to write in appointments, back page with pockets to hold papers, this one a THREE year calendar!!

DEAH –
This was too heavy for my purposes (traveling light!) but I already played with a bit, so could not return it. Extremely well made with super heavyweight cover front and back. Paper is ultra-smooth and top quality. Paper weight seemed good, but I decided to experiment with different kinds of writing implements to see what would work best without bleed-through to reverse side of the page. Here are my experimental results:
BEST CHOICES (all of these are sold at Amazon) but listed here in order of preference (my favorite first):
PIGMA Micron 08 (archival ink) 50mm Fine – excellent; best choice – I tried red and black.
SHARPIE S-Gel (0.5 point) excellent with quick dry, no smear, no bleed.
PENCIL is an excellent choice, because the somewhat slick paper lets you erase and re-write many times.
POOR CHOICE for this PLANNER:
SHARPIE PERMANENT MARKET – I tested with fine point – bleeds through to reverse.
ZEBRA Z-Grip ball point pen, 1mm black – does not bleed, but there is some SMEARING since paper is so slick and this ink does not dry quickly.
I have pulled out all the pages in front and back that I would never use: contacts, passwords, other info. You might find them useful, but I decided to ditch them to save space/weight (removed 2.2 oz total).
WHAT I LOVE:
1. Heavyweight vinyl dual-sided slip-in page in the very back – quite useful.
2. 4-year yearly overview by month in the back.
This is an excellent product.
WHAT COULD BE BETTER: I would like it better if all contact pages were in the back, and were simply lines (like the NOTES pages), and I wish they were alphabetical with tabs. Then I could use them for whatever I wanted (contacts, passwords, etc.). I always find it annoying that some person out there designed a page where I must put certain topics for each contact, or certain info for each password – that’s because I am security-conscious and never put FULL info for any of those things. I list contacts with initials and many abbreviations, and I list passwords using only HINTS, not the “real” passwords. Just a thought for future editions (I hope the designer takes note).

This is a nice calendar for me to use. The spaces are large enough to write what I need. I can write my Dr appointments in the space as well as Bill reminders. It’s perfect for what I want. If a person has appointments throughout the day- it likely won’t work for them- but for me- it’s a great product.

This has everything you need, plus it’s for 2 years. Made well enough to last, too. Great price. What else would you want in a bound reference, desktop calendar? Plenty of room to write? It has that as well! Very nice considering it’s a 24-month bargain.
