We got this as a gift for my two year old and he LOVES it. For the last few months he won’t take off the jacket or hat. He has worn it to out on walks, to the zoo, to the grocery store, to the park and anywhere else we will let him and it’s held up so well! Not rips or tears or soft spots, although we did lose the badge which was tragic for a few days. It also doesn’t seem to stain. That jacket has had pasta, yogurt and juice spilled all over it and somehow it doesn’t look dirty at all. Honestly it’s made us want to purchase all the other Melissa and Doug costumes. This has been worth every penny and then some

We love the Melissa and Doug brand and have lots of their products. This costume seemed sturdy enough and the accessories will be incorporated into everyday imaginative play. I took off 1 star because it was a smaller fit for my 90th percentile 5 year old. The fireman’s jacket definitely will not fit him beyond this year…which us fine but just wanted everyone to know that it may not be a great option for bigger kids.

Es unitalla, como 3-5T (mi hijo tiene casi 3 años) la chaqueta es de una tela resistente como gabardina, muy buenos acabados, trae el casco, la bocina que funciona con 2 baterias AA y suena como sirena de Bomberos, el extintor se puede llenar de agua y el agua sale por la punta, es muy lindo, un excelente regalo, sin duda lo volvería a comprar

My granddaughter wanted a firemans outfit and I chose this one because we have used Melisa&doug before and have been pleased with the make. The jacket is so well made and the material is comfortable to wear with velcro fastenings which were very important. The megaphone is noisy but not overbearing. All in all a good find and the most important thing is that she loved it. Good sizing.
