This automated litter box works very well. My only complaint is that my male cat is 14 pounds but is a BIG cat. He barely fits in the unit and as a result is hesitant to use it. I have to keep a regular litter box available which kind of defeats the purpose. I can’t imagine a bigger animal being able to use the Meowant so be advised.
AMS –
My 8 yr old cat whose 11lb and has arthritis in her front legs has issues getting into/on anything that is to high. This box is low enough for her to get in and out of. She didn’t like the mat tht came with it though and would jump over it. I removed it and no issues since. My other cat a 2 yr old, 14lb ragdoll tht jumps at everything was the first to use this box and was on same day I set it up. He actually watched me set it up and stared at it with wide eyes while it rotated. He still runs to watch it every time it rotates to clean. I still kept old litter box out for at least a week to ensure they were consistently using the automated box.
The box itself seems to work like a charm so far with no major issues. I did notice a clump of litter stuck to roof of box once and I easily scrapped it off before it fell and hit a cat in the head.
It was easy to set up, is quiet, easy to change waste bag and found u do not need to buy the mfg brand bags and have been using compostable bags. Definitely worth the money.

This self cleaning litter box is a life saver! Easy set up, easy to disassemble to clean, virturally no smell, and very quiet. App works great. Large front opening for cats that may be skiddish. The only thing I wish was different is the interior size. I have a smaller Grey Tabby and she fits perfectly, howerever, my large Norwegian Forest cat barely fits in it. If the interior was 85L it would have been better.

We used to own a Litter Robot. It lasted us 3 years when it gave up on us. There is no way in hell that we would buy another $600 Litter Robot to have it break again in another 3 years.
I was surprised to see that there are a lot of choices for automatic cat litter boxes now. I chose this for my big boned Maine Coone mixed cat and our off the hook medium sized adolescent cat. The opening of the litter box is big and makes it comfortable for my big boned cat to go in and out each time she does her business. Easy cleaning when emptying the litter bins (we sanitize and wipe the litter tracks each time we empty it).
The litter box runs so well and silent. The only thing I wish they could change is I wish their litter garbage container was bigger. We have to empty our container every other day as our cats are poop and pee factories!

I was excited to get this home and start using it for my 2 cats. I’ve tried mutiple types of clumping litter with no success. The litter clumps to the back of the tray during the cleaning cycle and does all dispensing into the collection bin. This results in wet clumps attaching all over the inside. I find I have to empty the bin daily to avoid excess smells. I am disappointed in the performance. Unfortunately I didn’t think that I could return it due to being used.

Im very happy with this purchase. Took me a couple tries to get it seated correctly but it has indicator lights to tell you what you’re doing wrong. 😆 Both my cats used it right away comfortably. They’re big male cats and they fit with plenty of space to spare. It cleaned itself right away without any setup really. I haven’t hooked up the wifi part yet but so far so good. It’s also really quiet. I think it’s worth the money.

I’ve had 2 automatic litter boxes and had to return them/sell them because of how bad the smell was. This one contains the odor very well. I love that it also has the attachment for the smell as well. On top of that it’s way better than paying $700 for a litter robot. This one is more budget friendly. The noise is very quiet and it’s fast to clean after my cats go into the litter box. One of my cats took a while to get used to our other litter box but she used this one immediately. The appearance is also very nice it’s not as bulky as the other ones i’ve had.
