Simple packaging but effective product. Simple no fluff ingredients and small pills that are easy to swallow. With all the supplements being offered in the forms that are not readily absorbed, this brand never disappoints. This has helped me get my vitamin D levels in the upper range of normal.

To get my Vitamin D3 levels right without overdoing it, I have been taking one a day. My D levels are still increasing , I test about every 40-50 days. I will probably need to ease back to 1 every two days at some point. If you are taking Vitamin D , you need to take regular blood tests , if you over do it, the consequences can be catastrophic for some people, everyone is different, I most likely need about 1000-5000 IU a day while I am overweight(need to lose weight due to medical condition) some people can take 50,000 a day

This is our go-to D3/K2 vitamin. The small size allows me to easily get my 2 special needs kids to swallow it down without any problems. I would prefer it come in a bottle due to the bag being awkward to store in a medicine cabinet but that is easily overcome. I like that the ingredients are kept to necessities and the price does not break the bank.?

Have reordered this item and will continue to use it. Was taking Vit D3 for 7 years with no effect whatsoever and bone loss. After much research found that taking a combination of VIT K2 & D3 enables the body to better absorb and distributes the Calcium to the bone and not the organs or arteries.

These are great for the price (1 a day and the quantity is 300) I started not long ago but I have absorption issues and wanted to start these before my lab work, So I’ll see if it works then. So far so good!
