Don’t heat in microwave –
I put mine in microwave for 60 sec. It looks like it damaged. My fault not sure my microwave’s power. But it started to leakage. Heat therapy can relief discomfort but not help relief clotting

These ice/warm packs were so nice when I first started breast feeding. It’s great you have the option for cold or warm and I love the soft Covers it came with! It’s also great it has the instructions on the packs for you so you don’t have to go digging for the box or instructions later! It also really relieved some pain when I had mastitis

Arrived late despite Amazon Prime status. Also despite following instructions for power and duration for microwave, it developed a hole and leaked the gel with second use. Especially when using with a baby feeding on the area, this is a safety concern. Would not recommend this product.

I have been loving this product, but wish they were shaped different to fit each breast. I have to wear one “backwards” on a side each time, or else the cloth part would be open on my nipple and I would feel the plastic directly on my skin which is uncomfortable.
