I use it as a thinner for the chocolate flavored to cutback on its sweetness. The description says it can be added to other foods. Tried it with oatmeal and pea soup to add protein. The oatmeal before and after cooking. Before: resulted in a texture best described as dry whip cream. After: took so much effort to stir in (it doesn’t dissolve) the result was like a thick milk shake. Mixed with water before adding got desired results. Similar outcomes with the soup. Didn’t bake with it. It’s very light in color and will lighten darker foods. Serves my purpose well. 5 stars.

My husband and I both enjoy this protein powder. He uses it to create different flavored protein shakes and has made a variety of flavors. I have used it to make just a quick protein drink without using a blender. It doesn’t leave a chalky taste and blends/shakes up perfectly.

I don’t make straight protein shakes as I’m on a weight gain mission so I add this to my mass gainer smoothies for a little extra protein. Muscle Milk is probably my favorite brand and I was very glad to get it unflavored (can’t tolerate artificial flavors or sweeteners) but now I’m having a hard time finding the unflavored option. It blends well and I can’t taste or detect it in any way. Since I only use 12 grams at a time, it stretches my servings and my money. I workout about 5 x week so meeting my protein goals is very important and this protein powder makes that a little easier to do.

great product, it’s taste is definitely bearable compared to other protein powders, but i would 100% recommend adding more liquid than it says to. the instructions say to add 6-8 oz. of water, this will result in an overbearing taste (if you’ve ever eaten raw easy bake oven cookie mix… that’s what it tastes like).
there’s lots of protein powders that taste a lot worse and there’s obviously infinite ways to make this delicious. just f around with it and see what works for you.
great calorie count for the amount of protein you’re getting, and only 2g of sugar.
for the price, this is definitely a gold mine for a gym rat.

Great taste, mixes really well, dissolves perfectly without clumping or sticking to the sides of mixing vessel. Isolates are the best type of whey as they are lower in milk sugars and fats, and therefore pure protein. It is also low in calories compared to the others I have used which are plenty.

I use this every morning mixed with oats, fruit, nuts, and seeds, blended to perfection for a get start high protein, easy digestible breakfast that not only tastes great but is packed with energy to start my day.

The Muscle Milk 100% Whey Protein Powder in Vanilla flavor is an absolute gem in the world of protein supplements, and it easily deserves a glowing 5-star rating from me.

First and foremost, the taste is incredible. The Vanilla flavor is delicious and not overly sweet, making it a pleasure to consume. It’s versatile enough to be mixed with water, milk, or blended into smoothies, adding a tasty protein boost to my day.

The protein content is impressive. With 25g of protein per serving, it’s a fantastic option for those aiming to meet their protein goals, whether it’s for muscle building, recovery, or overall wellness.

What sets this protein powder apart is its consistency. It blends smoothly without clumps, leaving no gritty texture behind. This makes it a joy to drink and adds to the overall experience.

The low sugar content is a major plus. With only 2g of sugar per serving, it’s a great choice for those looking to keep their sugar intake in check while still satisfying their protein needs.

The generous size of the container is also worth noting. With 68 servings, it provides excellent value for its price, making it a cost-effective option for regular protein supplementation.

Normally I wouldn’t use a muscle milk product because it’s usually loaded with unneeded garbage. This product however is great. Usually you need 2 scoops per drink but this is only 1 scoop and has 25g of protein. It’s low in carbs, fat and calories. Nonetheless, it actually tastes good, at least the chocolate one is, I haven’t tried the vanilla.
The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the random fluctuating price. I bought my last bag at $49.99 for 5 lbs which is sadly a good deal compared to most powders. I go to order another bag a couple weeks ago and it jumped to $64.99. Today I checked again and it’s now $99.99! Double the price from one month ago?? That’s just crazy!
So if you’re interested in buying this you may want to keep checking the price because tomorrow it may be 40 bucks but the next day it might be $150.

The chocolate flavor is there but weak and artificial – easily fixed by adding some unsweetened cocoa powder BUT IT IS WAY TOO SWEET compared to what I’m used to i.e., Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder, Double Rich Chocolate.

Several hours after drinking, my tongue still tingles and I can still taste the sweetener. I don’t add sugar to fruit/other foods or eat a lot of sugary, processed foods/hidden sugars so that is most likely the reason this is so sweet to me and has unfortunately also caused additional trips to the bathroom.

Nutrition and price is good… the sweetness and extra bathroom visits, not so much.
