I have been using Creatine for many years but in past several years as I am now a man that has peaked in his physical fitness several years ago as I have had to cut down on my workouts with lighter weights and reduced muscle mass which I have been a bit discouraged about, so a couple months ago I have changed my workouts for the better so far with my new regiment I have continued never stopped using pre workouts but cut out on some of extra supplements like adding extra creatine but I am back to my old regiment adding creatine and a couple others and I so far have to admit that I like the results so far for the first time in a while I am adding more weight to my workouts and I like that.

I recently purchased the red flavor of this creatine because the blue flavor was not available and eventhough I think this creatine is the best, I should have waited or paid more for the blue one. I can say that the red flavor has this weird soapy taste however it does mix well with other products. As far as value for money its pretty good I mean it is 120 servings but you are supposed to take two per day so really only 60 but that is like 2 months worth.

So I’m glad to get this at a decent price. I’ve had a few tubs of these for the last year or two and finally finished so it’s great that these came in sale. It’s a little more powdery than other creatures I’ve tried like ON. So it mixes really well and I can’t tell it’s in the drink that I mix it with. Not sure if that’s good or not but I’ve tried other creatine that are a little more coarse and seems to not totally mix and they’re kind of sandy. This one’s more powdery form. Depends what you like.

It does the job very well. But even though it says it has no flavor, it has a bad taste. I manage to take it because I combine it with my pre workout. but I don’t train on the weekends (and we know that creatine should be taken even on the days you don’t train) and therefore I don’t take the pre workout, there comes the problem, it tastes horrible with just water, I tried my super greens and It doesn’t work either. I won’t be able to continue taking it because of the taste.

I usually don’t like to add taste to my creatine just because it’s sometimes too sweet, and I have nausea during workouts. However, the lemon flavor is really good and not that sweet. One thing I loved is how easily the creatine mixes with water, something that, if you have ordered other creatines, you probably received a product that is hard to dilute. If you don’t have a good time with creatine, just break down your daily dose into 1-2-3 different times during the day. This is what I recommend to my mom and my sister, and they noticed an improvement in digestion.
