I love this product. I’ve taken many carb blockers and they all made me feel bad, but not these. I like iced coffee and it has a high sugar content. It elevates my blood sugar and 2 hours later I crash. I have to eat everything I can get my hands on to get my blood sugar back up. I can take 2 of these pills and have all the sweets I want. No rise in blood sugar and no crash later. They are wonderful!! If you buy these and don’t like them send them to me. Lol.

I take these as directed, right before a meal, and I have no side effects or upset stomach. They are pretty big pills so be aware of that if you have issues swallowing larger pills. Bottle shipped fast, great packaging, and bottle was securely sealed for protection. Highly recommend!

追記です。
2カプセル飲んで調子は良いです。身体が軽くなりました。クロミウムが効果があったと思います。従来の他社製が一時的な欠品でなく販売終了であればこちらにシフトあるいはお値段的に負担はないので併用するようです。
リピートさせて頂きました。
プラシーボではなく、確かに一回目はそれとは感じなくも確かに効果はあったようです。お腹がゆるくならないのが良いです。従来の品と併用はしてますが、こちらかなと。

Based on my own experience, this product is the best “starch blocker” on the market. I’ve tried several other brands and this Natrol one seems to be the only brand that actually stops my blood sugar from rising after a starchy meal (yes, I’ve tested it without a Blood Sugar Monitor). Mind you, I’m on a “ketosis based” dietary approach, so I only need to used this starch blocker when I want a “cheat meal” or have to attend a party or function where I’d look odd not eating some starchy carbs (you know what I mean! LOL!). Overall, I’d say, based on my own experiments with testing blood sugar and seeing how I maintain ketosis days after on the testing strips, 2 caps of this product will keep about 85-90% of the starch you eat from becoming blood sugar (glucose) and – consequently – stored glycogen in the liver and muscles (which is what throws me out of ketosis for a couple of days if I allow that to happen). *Example: Family party with pasta, pizza, etc. I’d take 2 caps about 10-15 min prior to eating that type of food. If I wanted to eat a 2nd helping, say a little later, I’d take 1 more capsule, etc.. After eating that big “Italian Nightmare” (BLOL!), the White Kidney Bean Extract makes me have no “lull” in mental strength, no “starchy sleepy feeling” 1 hour later, no loss of focus or energy, etc. (all which would NORMALLY happen to me if I ate such foods without the White Kidney Bean Extract). Next day: No ketones on the stick until about late evening time, after a day of very low carb eating (10-20g carbs per day level, induction level), but ketosis back to normal THE NEXT DAY! So, it’s a “keto lifesaver” for me and allows me to avoid losing the state of ketosis for days on end (which I used to do when having a cheat meal or binge of some sort). I still believe in maintaining a good steady “keto diet” 90% of the time, but these White Kidney Bean Extract caps are great to have on hand when the Italian family comes a calling, or you’re on the road and need a “fast food fix”, or something similar. Forgetta’bout it! LOL!

キトサンは脂肪分と結合して排出を助け、クロミウムは糖分の排出を助けます。
キトサンは甲殻類由来、クロミウムは金属ですのでアレルギーのある方の使い分けにもいいと思います。
成分が表示のとおり配合されているのかどうか、調べる術がないので信じるしか無いですが取りあえず1本使用しようと思います。炭水化物の多い食事の前に2粒、1杯の水で飲んでいます。
以前から使っていたSwanson Diet Duo with White Kidney Bean 120 Capsと比べて私には効果が大きい印象です。ただ、如何せん飲みにくいのが難点。カプセルの大きさは両方とも同じ大きさ（大型）ですが、匂いで「うっ」ときます。もの凄く飲みにくい。ここだけ改善してくれたらいいのにと思いました。

First of all I have used a lot of these type of car blockers but this time I was little disappointed the reason is is the taste is a little off and the fact that I don’t see it cutting any carbs so that being said I was very disappointed in the way this product worked for me I will give it another chance later but if it doesn’t do much good for the second time around then I will not buy it anymore I can’t really say I recommend this product until I get the second batch coming to me at a later time but for now I’m still thinking about it.

It didn’t work for me, after a few days taking this pills I noticed constipation and blood in stools, and I stopped to take this supplement for some days and I tried a second chance for this supplement and the constipation and bloody stools happen aggressively again.
This didn’t work for me, I don’t recommend it.

There a several brands of carb blockers on the market, but these are priced OK given the amount of white kidney per pill. I take 1 or 2 prior to my starchy meals (potatoes, sweets, etc) if I feel my weight fluctuating up so I keep some of these available, & when combined w/raspberry ketones, I drop those lbs w/o really modifying my diet.
Fancii –
I absolutely watch what I eat and live a low-carb lifestyle. If I’m going to go out for drinks or have more starch than usual, I take these 5 to 15 minutes prior to the meal. I do believe they help as I continuously lost weight through the holidays without deprivation or feeling like I was missing out on a treat here or there.
