What I know is with biotin and collagen my hair has stopped falling out so much and my eyebrows are growing back. Can’t say it’s just because of the biotin but I believe it helps overall. Recommend to not order it during the summer months because the heat causes them to melt and they clump together plus it destroys any nutrients value it has. Amazon however was really good about reimbursing me when that happened.

I lost a ton of hair from stress and hormonal changes within a very short period of time. I initially started on Olly’s gummies. While I found the effects to be useful, these pills are better. Pills will always be better than gummies for absorbency in the end. I was happy to find that these are easy to swallow, too.
After 30 days of use, my nails look really healthy and shiny (the most immediate change to be on the lookout for). As for my hair, I am seeing growth pieces in the places where I lost it. Note – this isn’t a miracle cure for clinical hair-loss, but it helps promote faster and stronger nail and hair regrowth.

This is the back story of my nail history. I had been struggling with weak, peeling, splitting, broken nails for the past several years. I had tried to identify what was going on – prior to Covid I was using base coat and colored polish on my nails every week which I knew was keeping them from being healthy but I was dealing with it. Going into the pandemic I was obviously stuck at home and stopped using any polish on my nails. They immediately grew out and were looking strong, healthy and long. As we started to come out of lockdown I used a light colored polish ONE TIME, and immediately went right back to splitting, peeling, broken nails which continued to break. I couldn’t believe that using polish for a few days had completely ruined my nails again! I started doing research on how to get them to grow out, and decided to try some of the nail strengtheners. You name it, I tried it. I was consistent and using multiple strengtheners, with the hopes they would eventually help my nails grow. Nope. Nothing worked. My nails have looked like crap since 2020 – so for four years! I was about to give up and go get gel nails. Finally I realized that this may partially be menopause related (like every other crappy symptom caused by menopause) and that taking Biotin might help. I started taking it in the beginning of March, and like magic, at the beginning of July within one week my nails finally started to grow and fully grew out! It’s now mid July and they are all strong, healthy and long! I will never stop using this product, I was so tired of split, broken nails and now they are natural and long like they were when I was in my 20s and 30s!

When I was 19 and getting my hair styled, I was once told that I had more hair on one half of my head than the other, which no one had ever told me before, but became a though I couldn’t shake. I’ve always had thin hair, and worried that it would get even thinner as I got older, since my paternal grandmother had thinning hair in her 60s. Because I have dark hair, I felt as though it’s more visible when you have areas where your hair is thinner or patchy. I’ve seen tons of supplements and gummies on the market over the years that tend to be from $40 to $90 per bottle, which usually contains 30 days of supplements/ gummies. These supplements are under $10, last 3 months, and contain more biotin than any other supplement I’ve seen. The little soft-gel is tiny, doesn’t have any smell to it, and is incredibly powerful. I’ve been using it for about a year, and my hair no longer has visible patchiness where my hair wasn’t growing in evenly. My hair is stronger, fuller, and healthier. I’ll never stop using this! As for skin and nails, my nails don’t get brittle anymore and they seem healthier. My skin is bouncier, softer, and more supple.
