First and foremost you want to make sure your supplements are not bad for you. These pass the goodness test as there’s nothing artificial in them. Plus they do give me more energy. Who knows how much is placebo, but I do know that my urine turns very yellow from these, which means they have a ton of essential nutrients in them. Easy to swallow and have an acquired taste. Doesn’t bother stomach at all.
