I love this supplement. Large amounts of the good stuff. Only issue I had this last time was the pills were melted together. It just happened once and I’ve ordered these several times. Fingers crossed it doesn’t happen again.

I am no longer willing to purchase these online since my last package came completely stuck together and unable to use as seen from the picture attached with the bottle upside down. There is no option to return these, so I will need to find a local product instead

So I’ve been getting back into lifting weights and calisthenics. I wanted to add supplements to improve my overall physical health along with the diet I’m on. Did some research on supplements to help with joint health. Found out fish oil helps alot with that department.
I looked through every brand and style to make the safest choice to consume this supplement. Then I found this brand it was the most affordable and the best reviews in my opinion. 60 capsules for 9 dollars is a good deal. I placed an order immediately and started adding it to my supplement rotation.
Well after 2 weeks of taking them everyday I noticed my joints don’t make much noise when I would squat 190 pounds or leg press 230. Even my running time got a bit better.
Now it only works of you take them everyday or as your doctor recommended. But the capsules are a bit big but sometimes you just gotta drink alot of water to get e down.
Overall these are freaking awesome and packaging was flawless upon arrival no seal breaks at all.
