Brought for handheld ventilator and it doesn’t work. Ended up giving away to relative with machine ventilator instead.

having COPD and using a nebuliser daily, I thought I’d give this a try, well, I wish I’d saved my money. Firstly as others have reported the solution is too viscous to nebulise effectively, I use a mains powered Beurer which creates a good fine mist, with this solution it produces maybe a half or the norm. I now have to thin it with some other regular saline to be able to use it. Researching the additional acid ingredient I read a medical paper showing statistics for users intolerant of saline, and apparently this is effective for them. I have no issues with normal saline, it can make me cough at times but only briefly, and is that so surprising?. So I would class this as a waste of money UNLESS you have issues with using saline.

This really helps open and clear my lungs, but it won’t work in a mesh nebulizer. Really needs an old-school desktop nebulizer with the air pump. The HA acid makes it too thick to vaporize through the mesh.

Solution does not work in all nebulizers as advertised. It is too thick and cannot return. Buy a different product that doesn’t lie.

I bought this as a last resort. I couldn’t breathe and was using two oxygen methods to keep o2 level at 87. I didn’t want to go to the ER. The first time I used it I only used a quarter of it for fear of it doing something to my lungs to make my breathing worse. Immediately my O2 reader went from 87 to 95. I was shocked. I waited an hour and did the rest of it in my nebulizer. I feel like I can breathe. I am now just using the home oxygen concentrator. It had been two hours since using this for the first time. I’m going to wait and do it again tomorrow. I have not used my proair rescue inhaler since this treatment. Maybe I can stop the duo nebs soon. I’m very excited with the fact I might get my life back. I’m grateful.
