Couldn’t bear to throw another K-cup in the landfill ! I was part of the problem – not the part of the solution. Plus, . . . have your tasted a Nespresso cup of coffee? You will never go back to Keurig. I had a hard time justifying the cost of a new machine & stopping a perfectly working Keurig. Keurig had been my go to brand for over 10 years. I didn’t know anything about a frother, but I am a cream lover. Now I love my frother. It keeps my coffee from getting cooled off & gives me alot of froth. My Nespresso Vertuo was a hit this past Xmas when I introduced it at a family gathering. Love that Nespresso will take back the empty pods & recycle the aluminum. at no charge to me. Perfect. (2+ mo of use)

I received my, Vertuo, as scheduled, and it came with a starter sampler of a dozen pods. So easy to set up and use. The quality of the coffee is DELICIOUS and that frother is the key to getting that perfect cappuccino. It’s honestly better than Starbucks 🙌! The coffee machine itself is quiet, especially compared to others I’ve owned, and the frother you can barely hear at all. I have tried 3 other types/brands of espresso/cappuccino machines, in the past, and none of them compare to this one. If you’re on the fence about getting this machine, DON’T BE… BUY IT! IT’S THE BEST COFFEE/CAPPUCCINO machine I’ve ever used!

We had trouble with the Nespresso machine from the moment we started to use it. We had problems with inconsistent coffee temperatures – from very hot to barely lukewarm. We had trouble with the power button sticking. The biggest issue we had was with the size of the coffee. We had several times where the coffee over flowed the cup we were using and ended up all over our counter and floor – not just a little over flowing – A LOT!!! I contacted customer service to trouble shoot the issues and they still were not resolved. We were told we could return the Nespresso machine for a full refund. Here is where the problem is – we paid $268.89 including the sales tax – our refund amount was only $171.79!!! We only used the coffee maker for less than 2 weeks and were told that the Nespresso was returned to them in very used condition. It’s not possible that we used it enough to be “very used”. I contacted their customer service again and was told that our issue was being escalated. That was in mid-April – I never received a response. I contacted them again in mid-May and was told that they would get back with me. Another month as gone by and it’s apparent that they have no intention of making this right with me. It cost me almost $100.00 to use a faulty Nespresso machine for 2 weeks – completely unacceptable!
The only good news I can share is that I purchased the very same Nespresso machine straight from Nespress and it is working wonderfully.

I knew Keurig coffee was watery trash, but I didn’t realize just how trash it was until this little piece of heaven arrived on my doorstep! No offense to those that like Keurig coffee, but I prefer my coffee to actually taste like…coffee. I’ve spent years contemplating whether or not I should buy a Nespresso machine, and after realizing how much money I had been spending at Starbucks recently, I decided to take the plunge. Best decision EVER. this machine is insanely easy to use, it makes delicious espresso/coffee, the milk warmer/frother that comes with this particular model is amazing (I’ve bought milk warmer/frothers in the past that has worked twice then died, this one is still working perfectly). I really won’t have a reason to buy coffee from places like Starbucks ever again after buying this machine. I went with this particular model after reading numerous reviews comparing all available Nespresso machines on the market. The Vertuso Plus seemed to have the highest rating with the least amount of issues. I haven’t had any issues at this point and the selection of espresso/coffee pods are quite tasty too. I highly recommend this machine to anyone looking for a strong cup of coffee/espresso.

If you love a good flavorful cup of frothy coffee or espresso, this is your machine. The pods come in different varieties for sizes, intensity and flavor which makes them all fun to try out. They are a little pricey, but in the end, worth it and a whole lot cheaper than going to any coffee shop.
