This electric kettle although sold on Amazon UK store doesn’t have UK plug and therefore it’s unsuitable to use in UK without the adapter! The seller hasn’t stated any of these information within the product description but the consumer is due to search the company details to obtain products full informations never heard of such a nonsense!
Just requested refund as I don’t want to use adapter and been told to call +852 Hong Kong to set up delivery! You must be joking!!!

As a heavy tea drinker a good kettle is essential. I absolutely love the way this one looks! It’s stunning. It heats up fairly quickly although possibly slower than my cheaper clastic one. The only negative for me is the cord. It’s thick and not very flexible at all so where I used to hide the old cord behind the tea and coffee jars this does pushes them out and won’t lay flat against the wall

This is the second time I’ve purchased this type of kettle because I decided to change the entire color vibe of my kitchen and family room. I decided for copper so these kettles are perfect! Now, besides the fashionable part of it, it’s also very functionable.
I still have the first one I bought it just makes a little noise because I’ve had it for at least four years…24 /7! And sometimes we’ve used it six times in one day, Especially during the winter

We use this every day to make our coffee and tea. We’ve had it just over 3 months and it works great, but the production quality leaves something to be desired.
Pros:
Capacity – about 30% bigger than our last electric kettle. It’s big enough to fill our french press and have a little extra for making a big cup of tea without having to refill the kettle.
Functional – heats up water… as it should. No complaints there.
Cons:
Cheap – to get the cool copper handle look, they used some kind of plastic overlay that isn’t holding up well to the heat of the steam coming out of the spout. It’s already starting to peel off in places and once that starts it’ll spread to the whole thing sooner or later.
Summary:
If you’re going to use this on occasion for making hot water, you’ll probably be fine. If, like us, you use it every day then prepare to have it start looking ratty in a few months. For the price I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a higher quality daily-use item.

Works great, the white looks elegant on the counter. Water gets very hot, very quickly. Faster and more convenient than stovetop or microwave. Super easy to use. Just fill and press the button. Lid is a bit snug which is a good feature – absolutely no leaks and no steam wafting up to burn my hand while I’m pouring. I love that the base stays in one place and the top lifts off for portability and easy filling. So far two of my family members have purchased the same one after seeing and using mine.
