The active ingredient, Octocrylene, is somewhat debatable. While it’s one of the safer options currently available on the market, those with sensitive skin might want to approach with caution. This is good stuff but horrible at the same time….my skin feels so soft and subtle after I use it, it’s the best I’ve found on market. However, don’t plan to wear makeup over it; don’t plan on it staying where you put it. It’s the worst for running!!! The heat of my skin makes it run in my eyes and yes, it burns terrible. After about 10 minutes, I take a towel and blott my face. But it’s still not dry enough for a makeup application.
I haven’t tried it in water. My guess it will wash off worse.
But, on days where I don’t where makeup or play in water. I have the best feeling skin with SPF protection…hope this helps!!!

I’ve been using this product for about over a week now and I must say I am already feeling and noticing the difference on my face skin. I normally don’t write reviews on a face moisturizer because I don’t really notice a big change. However, this one has been rather impressive considering the price and the brand. It’s almost like using an expensive top brands at a department stores. My face feels very soft, smooth, and firm. Also, I love the fact that it contains sunscreen so I don’t have to put it on separately and it does NOT burns your eyes later on because most sunscreen I use always burn my eyes. Finally, it smells great too. Not too overpowering or strong just has a nice pleasant smell. I love it. I think I will continue to use it and reorder in the future.

Phenoxyethanol Is suspected to be endocrine disrupter and toxic to liver. It can stimulate hormonal imbalance.
