Liam –
It’s cheap but it folds nice and is easy to assemble. I like the pin in the middle to collapse it. Quite sturdy but sometimes it walks a bit if you get on and off of it, nothing that risks safety though. Holds my weight and is pretty comfortable.
I feel like it was made for a shorter person – the ankle catches have my butt past the seat when I’m doing sit ups and leg lifts but the bench is flat or angled down so it doesn’t really affect my workouts.
Adjustment is very easy and there are ample angles.
Upholstery is difficult to wipe sweat off of. Keep a good cloth around.
Good value for the money. Note: I hate the branding. Such a weird name to have on a bench.

This bench does a good job for a home gym and some dumbbells. It is secure but I wouldn’t use it with seriously heavy weights.
For the price and my fitness level, it does the job and I’m happy to have it.
If I was looking for serious gains, I would invest in something heavier and sturdier.
Amazon Customer –
It’s decent for light activities. I bought this back in July and have been using it 4-5 times a week up until now.
Very light and easy to assemble. But it’s not ideal if you’re planning on lifting heavy weights. Very thin and the cushion support is almost non existent. It started sinking down as I was bench pressing 275 lbs. Then it started sinking down almost every time I used it. I ended up ordering something a little more expensive and more stable.
If you’re building a home gym and trying to keep it cheap, I wouldn’t cheap out on the bench; especially if you plan on going pretty heavy. But if you’re doing light weights, it’s decent enough but it’s definitely the first thing I’d updrade.

I’m 6’ 1” 270 lbs. this is a great little bench for dumbbells- you’d want something bigger for heavy stuff, but I’m super impressed for the money how sturdy this is. I’ve been working out my whole life- more money will get you wider, thicker vinyl, but for this price, it’s a steal.
Paige S –
I am a beginner when it comes to weightlifting, and I am a light woman (120lbs, 5′ 7″), so combined when I use the bench, I am not putting a lot of weight on it. However, it is quite wobbly and does not feel particularly stable. Easy to put together, adjusts easily, but I suspect that if I get to the point where I’m lifting real weight, I will need to invest in something sturdier. For the price, it works fine for a beginner.
Eileen Findlay –
Much better quality than I expected. Even though it relatively small and light weight it’s solid. Went together easily with good solid hardware.
Black dresser –
Easy to use, easy to put up & lay out. definitely does its job, weight capacity is good, fit,

A portable bench. Bit wobly on the carpet but is a sturdy item. I got both carpet and hardwood floor.. so switching is a pain
