I got this set a few weeks ago now. My biggest headache was that the warehouse didn’t ship it when it was supposed to be shipped. Then when I contacted customer service 3 times, they gaslit me every time. I like diversity, but I loathe entirely the freaking India call center customer service. They do not care at all. They will say whatever they have to say to get you off the chat and never actually do anything. The third person finally did something so I do appreciate that. Now that rant is over…
After cussing up a storm trying to put these together, I am actually very happy with my purchase. It was difficult for me to put together because of the positions of the bolts. But in the end I liked it better, because you can’t see any of the bolts. I didn’t like the cushions that came with the chairs because they were thin and low quality foam. So the one you see in my photo are actually

After buying my own little personalizations, I really love this set and would buy it again.
The lumbar pillows and solar lanterns were from pop shelf and my resin LED fountain I’ve had for years. Rug is Safavieh indoor / outdoor rug that used to be in my living room.

Chairs were easy to put together but appear to be well made. They look great and the price was unbeatable.

I thought the chairs would sit up a little higher. Other than that, they’re very nice. Very sturdy and comfortable.

It’s a real booger to put together but once you get into the groove it goes really well. Seem pretty sturdy and very pretty on our front porch. Will be getting new cushions cause these just aren’t thick enough. Shipping was extremely fast

Slightly smaller chairs than I expected. Black rattan and black metal with dark grey cushions. The cushions are 50/50 water proof. Most of the water pooled up on the top and some water sunk in. Modern and fit great on my small porch. Harder to put together than I thought. Maybe an hour. Some screws did not perfectly together and took a lot of fannagaling. I would say screw in screws 50 percent at first. Then when all screws are in screw the screws the rest of the way!

Assembly was not that bad. I put it together myself. I love that the chairs rock. The cushions handle rain without a problem. The table was surprisingly elegant with the tempered glass topper.

Easy to build, light and comfortable. I have never bought furniture like this and was surprised at how easy it was to build. The chairs are comfortable and lightweight. Perfect size for me to gently rock (I’m 5’4”). Great value for the price.
