Great quality very pretty horn the only reason it didn’t get a five is because it’s really hard to get a good sound even with that being said I would be it again

I’m missing the whole top part of my horn. It’s a whole black piece of the horn that I’m supposed to blow through. This product is very serious to me and it’s supposed to be used soon but I don’t have it.

The carving and quality are amazing. To get a basic sound is fairly easy but for a full sound it takes some practice. Definitely worth the price.

This horn is great. There is a solid weight, it’s easy to play for anyone with brass instrument experience, and easy to learn for those without. If I had a gripe, it would be the use of Elder Futhark on a Norse era device. Old Norse should be written in Younger Futhark. That said, the literal translation is “strength on the spear” and is an excellent choice for a horn spell to buff your battle buds and debuff your enemies. I am so far quite pleased with the horn and will look to Norse Tradesman first the next time I want something from that time period.

Mouth piece is a little rough, have to sand it down to avoid getting lip surface scratched from vibration.
Other than that if you follow the instructions and practice you can get a pretty good sound within 10 minutes. It’s much bigger than the image. My husband was thrilled to get this for his Birthday. Again pretty awesome instrument!
