I just have to say that it smells awful. I know herbs don’t always smell great but you should know this before you buy it, if you’re sensitive to scents.

I take so many supplements and do all the things for sleep. I like the combo in this and it seems s to help. I also take a GABA sep I wear blue blockers watching tv at night. Done eat before bed. Black out curtains, pink or brown noise , sometimes a sleep mask. All these things combined have helped my sleep. I

This product has good reviews and the company I thought I cud trust …. They arrived looking like garbage … black in color and rock hard and the expiration isn’t until 2026! I was wondering why they didn’t work at all for me then I checked them and realized why .. now too late to return them and I’m very disappointed in NOW

It is very easy to take and it works well either with taking one or two depending on how wide awake I am when I go to bed. Sometimes I don’t need it at all. Good value for money.

I was skeptical at first as well but I have been using this for almost two weeks, 1 pill before bedtime. I also drink sleep herbal tea as well prior to bedtime. For me the combo really works! I have a hard time falling asleep – thats my biggest issue. So with this combo I do above I have not had any issues falling right to sleep and staying asleep all night.
Like others have reported, I do not have that groggy feeling at all when I wake in the morning. I had tried a couple of prescription and melatonin and both left me groggy in the mornings.
Thanks NOW for this combo of sleep and relaxation ingredients…I had been looking for natural sleep ingredients without melatonin and this combo works wonderful for me! Don’t change it!

I have to add 3mg of Melatonine to Sleep in order to sleep for 5 hrs. Without the Melatonine I only get about 3 hours sleep using Sleep . I’ve always had a bad case of insomnia and I’m searching for something to reduce my need for prescription meds. The other type products (which consist of Antihistamine) allow for many hours sleep but in my case cause a bad drug hangover in the mornings. Now Sleep has no drug hangover at all and for some would be just the ticket if your a moderate insomniact. Each persons needs are different. Some of the other sleep supplements I’ve tried cause anxiety and can actually make matters worse. But Now Sleep is very easy to tolerate with no anxiety. So I recommend giving it a try.. It might just be what your looking for. I use Now Sleep every other night for the time being. The only thing I havnt tried is taking another dose of it when I wake up after about 3 hours.. A second dose of it might be what I need. Its only when I add Melatonine to it that causes vivid dreams. Sleep all by itself is very tolerable with no vivid dreams (in my case).

Since I started taking this supplement, I’ve experienced the worst constipation issues. I wouldn’t advise to use for this purpose. It helps with sleep but it’s not so gentle on the stomach. So it’s a no no for me.

The brand I normally purchase was sold out, so I tried this one. Same ingredients in the same order. We are dealing with aging parents and the stress of that has been affecting our sleep. My husband takes 2 of these in the evening, and I only need 1. I will continue to take them during this crisis. They are wonderful and the prices is WAY less expensive than the other brand I’ve taken for years. Will definitely buy again.
