This product is NOT THE SAME as it has always been before. I don’t know what they changed, but the new version (Dec 2022) is awful.
I have ordered this identical item many times over the past three years, and they were all fine: unflavored protein powder that mixes well with milk. My most recent purchase, however, seems like a totally different product.
The color is darker and the texture is thicker than it was before, and it now tastes terrible when mixed with milk. It’s totally inedible, and the seller has been unresponsive to requests for a refund or replacement so now we’re out fifty eight samolas for a product that will have to go straight into the trash.
I do not recommend ordering this product or using this seller. Better to pay a little more for a product that is actually the same every time, rather than roll the dice on getting a big plastic jar of garbage.

I’ve used this protein before and had no reaction. I repurchased after I finished my first box and this batch gave me such a bad reaction as attached in my photos. It also had a different taste than my first box with a very bland and yucky taste. I feel something is wrong with the batch sent to me. Not satisfied with the product

When I compare this to Isopure unflavored, which is a pretty expensive brand, this fares poorly. Isopure is easy to mix and tastes really neutral. For this stuff, I have to use a blender to mix without getting lumps. It tastes…I dunno…salty? And kinda like cheap powdered milk. But when you’re consuming 2-3 scoops every day on a family budget, well ya know. Choke it down. Gainz are gainz even if you have to drink cheap whey shakes to get there.

I love whey protein shakes but i hate that most protein powders come with artificial flavours, colors and sweeteners. Now Sports Whey Protein unflavoured is great because i can make it any flavour i want and its own taste is quite neutral. I have been using it for 3-4 years now and its very digestible and provides enough nutrition for my morning breakfast or after workout shake
Delivery through Amazon was fast even with current Pandemic

Firstly it was very hard to mix – usually their brand is super soluble.
And it has a very sour taste and smell. I can’t even bring myself to drink this nor even mix with anything to make it better. its extremely pungent

The reviews on this were almost all positive and most of them said the taste wasn’t too bad. I couldn’t disagree more! The taste is horrendous. The label suggests that it can be drank with just water or even juice, but when I tried those I could barely get the stuff down.
That said, the product works, and the price is amazing, so if you don’t mind guzzling chalk with one of the worst aftertastes ever, then this is for you. Personally, I’m now willing to pay a few extra bucks for something that is somewhat palatable.

This is a great product all around. But I bought it specifically to sneak protein into a family member’s diet.
At 100 years old, they do not always want a protein packed meal. This powder disappears in mashed potatoes and oatmeal and other high carb foods
. Note the powder is not clear, but has a opaque milky appearance. I also slip it into smoothies and milkshakes without paying for those pre-made drinks.
When I’m in a hurry, I’ll even use it for a energy boosting drink and have even mixed it with fruit punch (out of desperation) and it tasted great.

The taste is fine. I like that it doesn’t have any sweetness. It is less east to dissolve that I would hope when just using a spoon to stir, but is fine in a blender. Have not tried a shaker cup. I think the isolate version might dissolve a bit more easily and has 1 extra gram of protein per serving, but for me this version is a better value.

This is a really good-tasting whey protein powder. It does not have any yucky artificial sweeteners in it. It makes a thick, wonderful fruit smoothie. I look forward to it every day.
