I received my Binding machine sooner than expected wrapped nicely. It was brand new and easy to operate. Included within my package was an instruction booklet in 2 different languages (English). and 100 black 10 mm plastic coils. I also ordered 100 colored 12mm coils.
The 10mm coils supposedly hold 41-55 pages and the 12 mm coils are supposed to hold 56-90 pages neither is holding that amount of pages. The binding coils are so flimsy that I couldn’t use them to bind my devotionals.

I ordered this to bind my daughter’s homeschool workbooks. I purchased this particular one because of how many pages it can bind. The binding spirals that come with it though are only the small ones, so I ended up having to order extras to bind larger amounts. Still an amazing product that we have used a bunch!

Updated: Customer service was good in understanding what was wrong and with rectifying with a solution.
I purchased 2 of these. Both had trouble with punching covers and both stopped working after 20 books in. They ended up useless and had to upgrade with another brand for quality.

I bought this for homeschooling – it was a good price and cute color so I went with it! I had a horrific time using it; teeth were just a little unparalleled to one another – I contacted customer service and they quickly responded and sent me a new machine. Made a small book effortlessly! So much easier, so I must have gotten a lemon the first time.
I have only used it to make small books and I’m new to binding. I made a 75 page math booklet, and used the black binders that came with and it did take a little while bc you can only punch 10-15 pages at once. Bc I used the smaller binders it does come apart when my son is using bc he doesn’t just lay it flat / so you will have to get larger binders if making a book more than 30 pages. We will still use it for small projects they do but I can see how a machine that punches more at once would save a lot of time (especially with 4 kids and making them).
But cute, works and we’ll get our use out of it! And great customer service!

Petit souci avec le levier, les 2 trous ne sont pas alignés pour fixer ensemble (voir photo), je vais devoir bricoler pour agrandir le trou.
Fonctionne très bien, un peu de difficultés pour perforer mes plastiques de couverture mais ça passe.

Didn’t have any problems . It cut through all the paper and was fun putting together binders for my grandkids projects. You may have to use 5-6 papers vs the 8 papers to cut through. With more than 8 I think it needs more pushing and may not cut cleanly
