I bought this sleeping bag because I needed either two separate sleeping bags for my older two kids (ages 7 & 4) or a double with enough room to co-sleep. This sleeping bag was a good value for either two full sized sleeping bags and the bonus was that it also functions as a double. We took the family camping and the kids gave the zippers rigorous testing with constant fiddling and they chose to sleep in it as a double. This meant that as both were fighting going to sleep they fought and flopped and wallowed like two toothless alligators stuffed in the same sleeping bag and it held up great. They sang its praises about being warm (night temps dipped into the 40Fs but they wore layers to sleep in) and comfortable. They adored the small pillows that came with it. It fluffed up well after leaving it unpacked for a while. I am a big guy and I tested it out at our house in the floor and it was as comfortable as would be expected and the materials and stitching felt to be good quality. The compression bag that it came with was pretty nice compared to some of the ones I’ve received with budget bags and it packed down fairly small (I don’t through hike camp but if I did this bag probably wouldn’t be on my list just due to size unless I needed to pack it for myself and a child). Overall it met our needs very well and I would recommend it to others who have similar needs. It is certainly not designed to be used alone in 40F or below weather without blankets, a liner, additional clothing etc. but it is a good choice for late spring, summer, and early fall in most places in the Midwest (US) or closer to the equator.

Overall, this is a pretty good bag for mild recreational use. I bought this last year and have used everywhere from warm beaches to freezing cold mountain tops (will not do the latter again!). If you are a serious hiker, or camping anywhere in high elevation where you’re exposed to the elements, or looking to camp in temperatures below 40 degrees, I would spend a little extra money on something else. That said, the fact that this bag comes as a double and can sleep two is the reason I bought it, and it works perfectly for that. Most of my camping trips with my girlfriend are in the late Spring, Summer, and early Fall (we live in Virginia) so temperatures are only dropping into the mid 40’s at the very coldest. Even at 40-50 degrees, you will not be comfortable sleeping without clothes. I’ve used this bag (took half of it and used as one smaller bag) on hiking trips where the temperatures dropped at or below freezing and there was persistent wind, and it was definitely not enough for that even with several layers of clothing. I agree with other reviews that this is not a cold-weather bag, and the rating is definitely a bit off. As long as you know this, it’s a great bag to have. If you decide to separate each sleeping bag, be aware they are quite skinny when zipped together individually and you won’t have much room to move around. Zipped together as two, though, there is plenty of room for two people. The pillows they provide are very small, but I’ve used them a few times. You’re better off to buy an inflatable pillow if you need something small and lightweight, or just bring your own pillows from home if you’re camping near a car. As far as craftsmanship, I’ve had no problems with anything ripping, tearing, or any of the stitching. It’s definitely not the highest quality materials, and there are no fancy bells & whistles, but you’re looking for a cheap bag, aren’t you? The compression sack is a nice inclusion, too.

I got the idea for a double sleeping bag from a pinterest board saying how nice they were as opposed to two single bags side by side. I immediately told my husband I wanted to get one since we are enjoying camping so much this year. We went to amazon.com where we order almost EVERYTHING we use, and this was the top-rated and most affordable one. We used it for the first time last night. We live in the mountains of western NC, and the temperatures were in the mid 60’s during the night. We slept very comfortably in this bag. There was plenty of room for the two of us (my hubby is 5′ 8″ and average weight, and I’m 5′ 6″ and thinner). Our big 2 year old crawled in with us at one point and we even fit him! — not quite as comfortably, but it worked till he fell sound asleep enough to move him back to his own mattress by ours. We use a queen air mattress and this bag fit perfectly on top of it, came exactly to the edges.
The material is silky and smooth, not at all scratchy. The pillows are tiny and very firm. I put one between my knees, but hubby and I both used our own pillows to sleep on. We thought the zippers were a little stiff, but they may glide easier with time and more use. Our son stepped on the grey inner fabric with a dirty foot and it easily wiped off with a baby wipe. It rolls up and fits again easily into the bag. The carry-bag is very thin and ripped a tiny bit when he was cinching it closed, but that’s no issue to us. Overall, I think this is going to be a nice addition to our camping set up! So fun to be able touch each other and share warmth during the night 🙂

Par ailleurs, dans l’annonce on peut lire « pas de déchirure en raison de conditions serrées … » mais ce dernier était déjà déchiré lorsqu’on l’a déballé…
Bref déçu de l’achat mais retour avec Amazon sans soucis
J’ai commandé un autre modèle… à voir si mieux…

Molto comodo per due essendo io alto 1,81 . Soffice e molto caldo . Facile da riporre nella custodia ( che mi sembra molto resistente)
È un po’ ingombrante da chiuso ma non si può voler tutto. In tenda con l’aggiunta di una coperta ci ho dormito a gennaio .

We stayed in close to freezing temperatures and it worked fine, didn’t test it for waterproofness etc, but if you wanna stay warm, it works very well.
Unzips on each side, letting you get out in the middle of the night to use the bathroom without disturbing your wife, haha.

It may look costly at ₹3000 but you are essentially getting two sleeping bags.
The quality is great, works as advertised. Stitching and filling are good, quality and finish is great. Warmth level is as good as a blanket. Definitely will work for 10-15⁰C.
It is a double sleeping bag and two can sleep together or unzip the bags and two can sleep individually. Length is also great at around 7 and 6.5 feet for the two bags.
A simple hack for lower temperatures (0-5⁰C)- Double up the bags by stuffing one inside another and you essentially have a thicker sleeping bag for colder conditions. With winter clothing you may be comfortable in -5⁰C as well.
One more use is that when not camping, you can use it as a regular duvet.
All this is great for 3k!

It is very thin. The truth is, I am looking for a thicker sleeping bag. When it is separated for one person, it is small, but it is good for two people. The pillow is very small and compact. It is better to take it with you from home.
