came exactly like the picture i am very satisfied but i recommend u sizing up so if u are a eu size 39 get a size 40 like i did and it would fit perfectly but since i have wide feet they are a little tight on the sides but it’s okay since i heard that they get loose when u wear them alot other than that i’m very happy with them

The shoes are very cute, however the ankle material is very rigid and not nicely padded. I got blisters even when wearing socks. They’re not a very flexible or cushioned shoe. I’ve since seen other On Cloud sneakers with more of a padded heel lip that would be better.
