Product is great, tastes better with milk over water(obviously), but mixes well with both and can easily be shaken by hand. My biggest issue is the giant plastic container that isn’t even filled a good amount; is that much plastic necessary? Please switch to a smaller container or something.

Great product, the casin keeps me full for hours. It is slow digesting. The chocolate is really good, it tastes like cake batter. Not a fan of the vanilla. You can make it as thick as you like. For a long acting protein supplement this is the best I have found.

For people who work out hard, and need a constant “flow” of protein while also keeping the hunger away, casein is the perfect protein.
Unlike whey that gets absorbed quick, casein is thicker when mixed with either water or milk, it “feels” heavier and takes longer to get digested. Therefore it keeps the hunger away for longer as well. I even take it before bed when I’m feeling hungry and there’s nothing more uncomfortable than trying to sleep hungry.
The chocolate flavor is surprisingly tasty as casein protein products tend not to taste very good. This is my go to casein!

This protein is of great quality. It’s easy to consume and keeps me full! I consume it at night with some cinnamon water if I need to hit my protein goal, but I usually have this in the morning with some hot cinnamon water, protein oats, walnuts and egg white: 560 calories 51g of protein. Keeps me full for hours.

This is a great nighttime drink as stated on the canister. I drink two regular protein shakes in the day and then one on three at night and I’ve noticed only positive results, truly nothing bad to say about it.
I like to mix mine with milk, 1% if I feel like my stomach could use it, 3% if I don’t think it’ll be an issue (I have a tricky stomach so don’t think that should also apply to you), but all in all it’s a great powder. The taste is honestly unbelievable… it’s almost like it’s not even a protein/casein shake, and I’ve had to stop myself from making one after the other, though on one occasion I just said screw it and did it anyway and didn’t have any negative results, but obviously it’s not something one should do every night lol, but it’s really that good. I don’t know why people are talking about on here sit it being chalky or hard to mix, it’s literally the easiest mixing and best tasting shake I’ve ever had. I like drinking mine with a peanut butter sandwich because it’s that milky.
Give it a try, I even got my mom to start taking it because her doctor wants her to gain some weight but she can’t find anything she can easily digest… I went over to her place one day and brought her enough to make a single shake, and I was ordering one for her the next day. That’s probably the highest praise I can give this thing lol. Definitely go for it, but again, it’s best as a nighttime shake due to the slow digestion process that is designed to last longer than most shakes, as you’re the most inactive when you sleep, so that’s what, and when it’s designed for.
