I installed the arm on my Sthil Fs90 weed wacker and was disappointed.
The piece that connects the arm to the shaft of the FS90 was very loose and would not tighten.
The copy sends a rubber shim but it was too thick and could not be used.
They also send two really cheap allen wrenches to tighten the connection , but the are so cheap, they strip the head of the allen wrench very easily when trying to tighten it down.
Now I’m trying to retrofit a shim so the arm doesn’t move but nothing has worked..
I would buy another brand .

The pipe sections do not fit together, the bracket will not tighten enough to the pipe to work at all. Inwill have to run a screw through it to get it to be stable. Cheap, no instructions, do not buy!

First thing, I think this extension handle is overpriced. By about 10 dollars. That’s my opinion.
In general, it’s not a bad quality piece. Assembly wasn’t super fun. Even a little frustrating.
And then there was the fiddling trying to find that ever allusive sweet spot. I guess it’s going to take me an entire season to figure out if I’m even comfortable using this. It feels like I’m forcing myself to learn to like using it. I don’t think that’s the way it should be. Maybe I’m overthinking it.
It’s hard for me to yea or nay this. I know for a fact this extension handle will be great for many folks out there. I just don’t think it’s for me.

I haven’t used this product yet because by the time I got it hooked up to the weed eater, I was too tired to try it out. It really would of been simple if it came with instructions.

Keep your original hoop, butt add this to the trimmer to change the cutting geometry. By extending the fulcrum of the lever, you gain greater control over the placement of the cutting while you sweep. All the tools are included. I did add one layer of duct tape to the tube for a better/tighter fit. Once the handle grip is on, it’s hard to rotate, so push it on in the orientation you plan to use it. Assembly took ~30 min, not that it’s hard, just lots of moving/rotating parts.

Absolute junk broke installing. Cheap hardware no instructions doesn’t fit most commercial weedwhackers
