This is the second time I buy this otterbox cover, but this one is harder than the other one and the magnetic part is very sensitive, so it doesn’t stay like the last one i had. The great part is the pencil can charge while i have it on my purse or anywhere without it getting lost because of the wing it has to close the case

Can’t go wrong with an Otterbox defender. I’ve been a customer for years because defenders really do keep electronics safe. Pricey, but a drop in the bucket when you consider how expensive these electronics are. Good product.

Ich habe oft Otterbox-Hüllen gekauft und hatte bisher gute Erfahrungen damit.
Diese Hülle ist da keine Ausnahme – hat ein etwas hohes Gewicht, aber die Verarbeitung überzeugt.
Eine Zumutung ist dagegen der „Aufsteller“, der (je nachdem, wie weit man ihn aufklappt und arretiert) verschiedene Stellwinkel ermöglicht.
Der besteht aus billigem Plastik und die Mechanik ist nicht leichtgängig, sondern hakt ständig. Insbesondere beim Einklappen braucht man zwei Hände, um die Mechanik nicht zu verkannten. Es ist absehbar, dass diese irgendwann brechen wird (Unachtsamkeit oder Materialermüdung).
Man kann diese leicht von der Hülle lösen – das werde ich wohl auch tun, da mich die Hülle (ohne Aufsteller) überzeugt.
Schade, dass Otterbox ein solches wackeliges Design gewählt hat – entspricht nicht dem gewohnten Standard.

Perfect fit. It offers the same great protection I always get from Otterbox with my phones. It is easy to put on my iPad and take off. It doesn’t obstruct any needed buttons or plugs.
As always, it is exceptional.

In general I’ve typically purchased generic cases for my phones and technology. That has changed quite significantly due to the presence of my three kids and their increasing interest in everything technology based. The ipad has survived several known drops, and I’m sure several dozen more unknown drops. Great case, no damage to either the ipad or the case.

This case arrived in very rough condition and came with several blemishes on both the product box and the case itself. I’m not sure if it came from the manufacturer this way, or if it was just stored improperly at the fulfillment center. Either way I would expect better quality control when ordering a case within this price range. Putting that aside, the case has a nice weight to it and is definitely the heaviest case I’ve ever owned at just over 1 LB. This definitely wouldn’t be practical for common use, as it almost doubles the weight of the Ipad. It’s actually so heavy that at first, I believed there was a metal layer somewhere in there. The outer case has a rubberized texture while the interior case is made of a heavy plastic, (Polycarbonate). I think it would serve its intended purpose really well, it’s just not for everyone. Fortunately, the Ipad slips in and out of the case without a struggle and it doesn’t feel like I have to force anything in place. The built in screen protector is also a nice touch.

Can’t really complain about Otterbox cases, unfortunately this style isn’t for me. Don’t like the Folio style covers.

My case came in a ripped box, with wear on the folio and the pencil holder does not properly close.

Bought for an iPad Air 11, while it holds true to the OtterBox durability, the volume button is impossible to use when the cover is on. That and the stand can be difficult to engage and disengage. Aside from that it does the job of providing protection to the tablet.

Wichtig ist mir ein sicherer Platz für den Apple Pen und eine gute Bedienbarkeit beim Arbeiten mit dem Gerät.
