This is great for pencil and gel pens, but for highlighters, markers, liquid ink pens, and fountain pens the paper isn’t thick enough.
If you’re a student who doesn’t use highlighters, I’d say go for it. It’s a great notebook for the price

Cute composition books. I feel like they are a good quality for the price. The cover is cute, but not super sturdy. The notebook paper has a nice feel to them and are durable.

Not only are they cute, but they are durable and functional. I like that I have the option with this multipack. The pages are thicker and not see through. They can be laid flat and the binding doesn’t break.

Got these for a few kids I know and they are a nice normal size with lines that go all the way from top to bottom, so there isn’t a so called top of the page. The paper is nice and tears easy, but it’s a little hard to bend the notebook, it’s stiff. The outsides were a little scuffed up as well. But fine for the kids.

The covers for these notebook journals look amazing and the binding of the pages to the cover is pretty secure. The pages could be a bit more thicker as things like markers might seep through and the alignment of the top and bottom lines on the pages are off. For some reason, the very bottom line is the tallest, and the very top line is the shortest, which makes me think the pages were incorrectly cut

I ordered these composition notebooks because I am “old school”– I like to write on paper with a pen or pencil. I started using these notebooks for journaling and as a dream diary. They are easy to use, pens and pencils do not smear on the paper, and the cover is sturdy for those moments when I fall asleep on the cover (yes, it happens, and the notebook has survived…) I look forward to ordering these again.

The Paperage 3-pack composition books are attractive, each one offering a different, cover design: a black and white marble effect; white flower silhouettes against a black background; and a plaid pattern of “interwoven” pink, light pink, and white stripes. The covers are 7.5 inches wide by 10 inches long, and, although rather thin, are durable enough.
The writing space provided by the lined paper is cramped by the binding along the exterior of the left side of the notebook, preventing the notebook from opening flat, which is inconvenient, reduces writing space, and makes writing awkward. There are no margin lines, so writing neatly, straight along the side of the page, is difficult. Like most products, this one has pluses and minuses, but, at nearly five dollars per notebook, the minuses outweigh the pluses.
