Fast delivery and a high quality drum. Once i broke in the drum heads and tuned them up the way i like, it was perfect after that. For a child it would be a great first drum especially if the child really wants to learn. For an adult such as myself, once you tweak around with tuning, the height of your snare, floor tom, crash etc you have an astounding practice kit or something to take on the go. It is pretty versatile which really surprised me. If you are unsure if you want to buy check Pearls demo video in YT. A child to and adult can use this drum, its a full drum kit in a smaller package.

My son absolutely loves his drum set. That’s all he really wanted for Christmas was a drum set. Both my husband and my father are drummers and were not interested in getting him a “toy “set. This really is like a smaller version of an adult-sized set. My husband even enjoys playing them from time to time. Lol. You’re not gonna get a big booming sound obviously because the drums themselves are small but it’s got a great feel according to my husband and my son loves playing it.

There are NO instructions for set up with the set.
The box has a website. However, the site does NOT work!!!
Trying to look up a video. Got one for the full set. That got confusing real quick.
Found a 5 min video I think from manufacturer. However most steps were done quick and my phone screen was so small I had to watch many parts 5 times.
Took me THREE HOURS to assemble this (while in basement trying to not make noise).
Very frustrating.
My kid will probably love it though once you get over the assembly. But man you could include a booklet. I mean really.

Encontré este modelo mucho más barato que en mi ciudad, aún con gastos de envío e importación a México. Dudaba de la medida, pero queda perfecta para mis niños de 4, 5 y 7 años de edad. Incluso yo como adulto me entretengo tocando, pues se presta perfecto para practicar (sólo el taburete me da la impresión de que no aguanta mucho peso).
Está completa, con su taburete y baquetas, lista para armar y comenzar a tocar.
Me hubiera gustado que en las cajas hubiera alguna indicación de qué piezas van dentro, que luego imvestigar cuál es la base de qué tambor, para alguien que no conoce, está difícil estar adivinando qué estás armando. Trae su instructivo, pero no hay un “Caja 1: trípode del platillo, Caja 2: tornillos del tambor, etc.”, sólo abres la caja y hay más cajas dentro, sin dibujos ni descripción.
El sonido es muy bueno, yo la armé sin conocer de baterías, pero ya cuando llegó el experto, simplemente ajustó aquí y allá y mejoró muchísimo el sonido.
Encantada con mi compra, mis niños felices, y seguro les quedará batería para rato.

Really great set and high quality (except for the cymbals themselves). This is not a toy, it’s an instrument. I love the tunable heads and the quality of the hardware. Evans Soundoff makes muting pads that fit all the heads so you can mute it and practice without torturing your household.
The only con is the cymbals; they’re kind of cheap and don’t sound nice. But for this price point, that’s what I would expect. The cymbal hardware is good, though. When you buy this set, buy a 14” hi hat and a 16” crash. Switch them out and you’ll have the perfect little drum set. Also, Evans makes muting pads for those, too.
