The mount cracked my screen when I was tightening it to hold my phone steady. It does not have cushion inside the Mount to protect phone. I do not recommend this product if you have a rounded screen on your phone. It doesn’t even hold the phone in place, it looses up quickly.

The directions are unclear and the pictures are difficult to see. The single black flat plastic piece with the two holes is the wrench, which you really don’t need. It’s easy to put together once you figure it out. You just assemble the curved piece with the slots into the female slotted piece and use the screw to connect it. Comes with two sets of these assemblies. Then the woke assembly just slips onto either mount. You have to pinch the lower part of it to slide it in but it’s easy. Just look at how it lines up with the mounts.
Otherwise it’s very easy to use. It’s adjustable, comfortable, and is actually very helpful to have for POV shots. Each mount tilts and rotates too. Super useful!

If you’re directing your own movie(if you know what I mean) this may not exactly support your demands all around. It’s not a total letdown either, but it’s definitely more for vlogging or social media in a controlled environment. The quality is pretty good for the price, I personally think it’s a bit pricey for what it is, but I guess you pay for convenience. I could see it being good for nature hikes, but think the bounce factor could be an issue. I haven’t vigorously tested this out, but just walking will give you an idea. The fit is a bit right even with adjusting. Your clothes will bunch up, but I suppose this is the trade-off to reduce further bumps in focus.
The headband I haven’t tried yet because simply how would I know what I’m looking at to make sure I’m capturing it correctly. If you’re indoors and have access to screen casting then you could keep track for sure, but it’s not practical out on the field. I could see it coming in handy for using it as a headlamp or diy videos but again you might not catch what you want unless you know the precise angle prior. For what it is I’m not upset with my purchase, but I’m not sure how practical it can be in certain situations. Perhaps I need more time to flesh it out and I’ll confirm it’s dexterity.

Doesn’t come with instructions so copy the photos off the Amazon site to work out how it all fits together. I found the body cam better – too much head movement with the head cam.

I bought this because I lost my GoPro so needed a mount for my phone the head strap works good once you get it all right which is a little time consuming and feels weird and weighs a lot on youre head, the chest one is pretty good for the most part there simple to put on easy to tighten

I purchased this Mobile Phone Chest Strap Harness Mount Head Strap Holder Kit hoping for a convenient solution for POV/VLOG videos, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations.
Firstly, assembly was a bit confusing, and even after putting it together, the strap harness didn’t feel as sturdy as I had hoped. This lack of stability translated into slightly shaky videos, which was disappointing.
The head strap was another letdown. It was incredibly difficult to adjust, and once attached with the phone, it felt uncomfortably heavy. I ultimately chose not to use it due to these issues.
In hindsight, I realize I should have opted for a Magsafe-compatible option. The constant adjustments required to get the angle right were frustrating, and I found that a neck strap I purchased separately offered a much better POV experience.
Overall, while this kit offers potential for POV/VLOG filming, its usability and stability leave much to be desired. Consider exploring alternative options for a more seamless filming experience.
