I had a small issue with one LED, so I contacted their support, and Wow! no delays, no drama, and boom .. next day replacement.

Thought I would give these a try. The lights themselves, the hardware, are good (thus far…but). The APP required to make the lights work, that was another issue altogether! For starters, it requires one’s location. Something I find absolutely irrelevant for a freaking app that runs lights. Then, and I later noticed was what I thought makes this a very intrusive app, it requires microphone permission. The lights are advertised as being able to ‘pulse’ to sounds/music. I thought the respective lights (there are 4 to a set) had built in
microphone or sensors to pick up sounds. Not the case. Instead it is the app that wants to ‘listen in’ through your device (I was using a tablet, I was leary from the get go, to give an app made in a ‘foreign’ country access to my phone). I gave the app access to my tablet’s microphone, and started playing music from a boom box. The lights pulsed or flashed according to what choice I selected on the app (which overall and in addition to what I found, leaves so much to be desired as a control app) All good so far! However, it was when I turned off the music, that the lights continued to pulse or flash exactly as they had been while the music was playing. This was done in a recording studio. A very sound dead room. When I turned the music off, I made sure there was absolute silence. And still the lights were going. I went back into my tablet, turned off the microphone permission to the app, and the dam thing was insistent on having microphone access. Or it would not work!! At best, it is a rather useless attempt at controlling these lights, at worst, it says to me the app is NOT what it proffeses to be!!!! Those are my two cents worth on this item.
UPDATE : Well just a few weeks after using this product I have now ended up with four led lights that only turn on when plugged in and are RED. THOSE BECAUSE OF THE USELESS APP tossed out for the thing to work off. Which in my case, It isn’t working anymore. App has a hard time finding the lights even when they’re right next to the tablet!! I have to unplug them and plug in again. Restart the app (which as I mentioned on previous review is absolutely intrusive) by going into tablet settings and FORCE STOP the $#_&ing thing. There IS NO WAY TO TURN OFF THE APP. It continues to run in background until you FORCE it!!! This is one person that WELL NOT BE BUYING from this company again!!!!

I sure will be ordering me another set even though you can only sync max 4 of them together.
The only thing I am confused on is the whole numbering of them. You have floodlight 1, 2, 3 and 4. So when I tested out the lights to make sure they work and everything was good with them I placed them in order so I could place them as so in the front of my house. Well when I placed them in the ground and turned the lights on the “number” of floodlight seemed to be a different one. *example* original floodlight 1 was now floodlight 3. So on and so forth with the others.
Which it’s not that big of a deal and doesn’t affect my satisfaction of this item!!

After a month of using these lights I am satisfied with the brightness and colors of the lights. The hardware seems to be of high quality and has held up to the weather and rain so far. The lights themselves work exactly as I had hoped.
The app to control the lights works well enough and is fairly intuitive. There is room for improvement when it comes to controlling groups and setting scenes, but I’ve been able to work the lights individually to get the general results I’m looking for. Some added options and controls would be nice. The only thing I really would like changed with the app is the option to add at least one more timer. As of this writing, there is a limit of 3 timers per light. If I had one more timer, I could have 2 separate on/off times. As it is, I have a the lights set to come on in the evening and shut off in the morning. Would be nice to have them turn on in the evening, and off late at night. Then have them come back on in the early morning, and back off after sunrise. But with only 3 timers this is not possible.
Overall, the lights work exactly as hoped and have been fairly easy to figure out. Great quality, especially for the price. Would recommend for cheap customizable lighting.

These are super cool. They work really well and get really bright. Good value for sure. Some things I do want to mention though… The lights must be connected to your phone’s Bluetooth to work. They tend to turn off when disconnected and turn on when the app is opened in range. They are not so good as an outdoor light that you can set and forget, in my opinion. But I use them indoors as accent lights and open the app each time and they work great for that.
