Bought the sprayer on 6/1/24. Used it once & had great results. Sprayer seemed well built & was light weight with good pumping action. Good value for the money.
On 7/23/24, I again filled the now empty sprayer and it sprung a leak. A small pin like hole on the bottom of the canister along the seem was noticed.
Called Petratools customer service immediately and spoke with Micki. She was pleasant, professional, and apologized for the faulty product. After sending her a video of the leaking sprayer, she called back within minutes and promised a new sprayer would be sent to my house.
Great customer service representative (MICKI)!! Nice to see a company stand behind their products. Gotta love American made.

I purchased this product back in May,I was extremely satisfied with the ease of use as well as the affordable price not sure if it was just a defective unit off the line or user error but after 3 months it stopped working so I went to Petratools website and purchased Petratools HD2000-s which I absolutely love ,When I reached out to Petratools to inform them about the the issue I had with the HD101 they immediately offered to ship a new unit to me so now I have to great units one for smaller jobs and one for bigger jobs, I just want to take a minute to thank Nathan over at Petratools for what I consider as Divine Customer Service keep up the awesome job customers really appreciate it.

Very solid built sprayer, the HD101 is a small sprayer but works like a giant. Very easy to operate. The wand can spray for a long distance, more than 10 feet for sure, depends of the pressure and nozzle type (it comes with 2 types of nozzles, an adjustable nozzle for jet-to-cone spraying, plus a fan tip nozzle for broader coverage) I started to like this petratools line of products. Their customer service is awesome ( I talked to Tina, which was very professional, attentively listened to my small concern about the product), she resolve the issue (I broke one of the wand caps by over tighting it) by sending me a new replacement part. I recommend this product for the solid built and their customer service.

I haven’t yet used this sprayer operationally but, per the instructions, I assembled it (easily) and used water in the tank to check out the functions to ensure it’s working as it should. I filled it only partially with water and used the adjustable spray nozzle. I pumped the tank 5-10 times, again per the instructions — easy to pump. The pressure of the spray seemed good. The nozzle adjustment — between pinpoint and spray — is bit tight to turn, but I assume that’ll loosen with use. I haven’t tried the included and interchangeable fan spray nozzle. I like the pressure relief valve on the tank — it worked well. I think that, even full, the tank will be easily transportable, the hose is of sufficient length, and the wand is easy to operate. So far so good, and I hope these positives hold as I use the sprayer operationally.

The sprayer is very easy to assemble, and it works great. The two nozzles give you the option of a fan spray or a directed spray. It’s easy to pump up and holds the pressure well. I especially like the pressure release on the side so that I don’t have to invert the pump to release the pressure before opening the sprayer. This is a great sprayer for the money.
